Fabulous NEW 5 bedroom, 4.5 bath cabin with phenomenal views, Indoor private pool for year round swimming, Home Theater, & Game Room! This cabin has ALL of the amenities and is just minutes to downtown Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, and the Smoky Mountains. Wake up each morning with coffee sitting on the deck looking at the fantastic views and unwind every evening in the hot tub, indoor pool, or just sitting by the fireplace!
Our luxurious cabin is the perfect place for your next vacation destination. You will immediately feel at home when you walk through the door! It features an upgraded, fully equipped kitchen, including granite countertops and everything that you need to make a gourmet meal, and has both a Keurig and drip style coffee makers. The super cozy living room is perfect for cuddling up in front of the fireplace and the private movie theater room is ideal for a family movie night. There are 4 bedrooms with king size beds and a 5th bedroom that has 2 sets of bunk beds. And with 4 1/2 bathrooms, there will not be anyone waiting to get into a bathroom! We also offer your own private year round swimming pool, hot tub, a game room with a pool table and 2 sets of video arcade games, and a home theater so you will always have plenty to do! And we have an outside grill perfect for throwing some burgers or steaks on for a relaxing night at the house. Plus we are centrally located and close to everything so you will not find a better place to stay for your next great family vacation!

Check In: 4PM - Flexible

Good afternoon and Thank you for booking our Cabin! I hope you are excited about your trip to the Smokies and staying at our property! Here is your check-in information for your arrival: -Check-in anytime after 4 pm, the door code is 556986, and check out is at 10:00 AM on the day that your stay ends. -The address is 2013 Starr Crest Dr, Sevierville, TN 37876 -Pool Room door code is 3787 -Free WiFi is also provided during your stay: -wifi name : longview -password : Splash2020 PLEASE BE ADVISED: POOL GETS CLEANED EVERY THURSDAY (if you are a guest during this time, we just want to make you aware). ***Please note about pool use: No diapers or small toys are allowed pool. Use swim approved diapers only, as regular diapers and toys will clog the filter and you will be charged for replacement. ***We provide enough paper products and supplies to last a day or two in case you forget to bring some with you. We do not provide coffee, salt, pepper, cooking oil or trash bags. You will need to bring or buy them. *** DO NOT flush feminine products or wipes down the toilet. Due to past issues from guests, there will be a $250 fine to anyone caught doing this since it causes the toilet to overflow, which means we have to call out a plumber and a cleaner to get it fixed and cleaned up. COMMUNICATION If you need anything during your stay, below are some avenues to communicate: Email Diana, through your booking site Text/call Misty Mon-Friday 8am-5pm (865)-279-5295 Weekends and after 5pm: Call Alyssa or Vilma at (865) 279-5295 (Please note texting is not available at this number on weekends or after 5pm). All calls after 9pm, will be returned the next day. For Maintenance Emergency, after 9pm, please call/text 865-562-9008. We kindly ask that you reserve calls after 9pm for emergencies only (No water, No Electricity, No heat during winter months, No AC during Summer months, Leak, Lock out, fire, etc...). All other calls will be handled the next business day. *Please note the following items are not considered emergencies: TV not working or remote needing batteries, fireplace not working, toilet not flushing (if you have more than one bathroom), hot tub not working, and other such items. Cancellation Policy

100% refund if canceled prior to 30 days before your stay begins. 50% refund up to 2 weeks before stay, and no refund if canceled within 14 days of stay. All refunds may be subject to a 4% credit card fee.

*NO PETS ALLOW! *Hot tubs takes a few hours to heat up after they have been cleaned in case the water is not hot when you check in. * All refunds from cancellations may be subject to a 4% credit card processing fee depending on how you booked the property, meaning some listing sites may have the fee and some may not. *We cannot do early check-ins or late check-outs from Memorial Day to New Years Day. *All late check-outs have to be pre-approved 24 hours in advance or a $100 fine will be charged if you stay past check-out time without permission.
