Policies and Rules

Check In: 4PM - Flexible

Good afternoon and thank you for booking our Cabin! I hope you are excited about your trip to the Smokies and staying at our property! Here is your check-in information for your arrival: -Check-in any time after 4 pm, the door code is 5295, and check out is at 10:00 AM on the day that your stay ends. -The address is 1634 Spruce Drive Sevierville TN US -Free WiFi is also provided during your stay: -wifi name : Spectrum -password : greenpiano841 (all lowercase) Please note: A firepit is available for your use, however you must bring your own firewood. This can be purchased at most grocery stores or gas stations. -The hot tub might not be completely "hot" when arriving at 4 pm, because we drain, clean and refill it and it takes several hours to reach a higher temperature. ***We provide enough paper products and supplies to last a day or two in case you forget to bring some with you. We do not provide coffee, salt, pepper, cooking oil or trash bags. You will need to bring or buy them. *** DO NOT flush feminine products or wipes down the toilet. Due to past issues from guests, there will be a $250 fine to anyone caught doing this since it causes the toilet to overflow, which means we have to call out a plumber and a cleaner to get it fixed and cleaned up. COMMUNICATION If you need anything during your stay, below are some avenues to communicate: Email Diana, through your booking site Text/call Misty Mon-Friday 8am-5pm (865)-279-5295 Weekends and after 5pm: Call Alyssa or Vilma at (865) 279-5295 (Please note texting is not available at this number on weekends or after 5pm). All calls after 9pm, will be returned the next day. For Maintenance Emergency, after 9pm, please call/text 865-562-9008. We kindly ask that you reserve calls after 9pm for emergencies only (No water, No Electricity, No heat during winter months, No AC during Summer months, Leak, Lock out, fire, etc...). All other calls will be handled the next business day. *Please note the following items are not considered emergencies: TV not working or remote needing batteries, fireplace not working, toilet not flushing (if you have more than one bathroom), hot tub not working, and other such items. Cancellation Policy

100% refund if canceled prior to 30 days before your stay begins. 50% refund up to 2 weeks before stay, and no refund if canceled within 14 days of stay. All refunds may be subject to a 4% credit card fee.

Notes

*Large front entrance deck, which has only one step and also a wheelchair ramp. *Hot tubs takes a few hours to heat up after they have been cleaned in case the water is not hot when you check in. *We cannot do early check-ins or late check-outs from Memorial Day to New Years Day. *All late check-outs have to be pre-approved 24 hours in advance or a $100 fine will be charged if you stay past check-out time without permission.
