2 Bedroom, 2 Bath with game room, hot tub, and resort pool located in Hidden Springs Resort. Black Bear Retreat is the perfect location for your Smoky Mountain getaway! The resort is only 1.4miles from Dollywood and 10 miles from downtown Gatlinburg. This beautifully maintained 2 bedroom cabin includes 1 King bed, 1 Queen bed, and two sleeper sofas. Amenities include a hot tub, pool table, foosball table, arcade game table, and access to the resort’s indoor pool all year except January and February!

Upon entering the cabin, the living room, kitchen, and dining room await you with an open floor plan. The King bedroom and bathroom with a large walk in shower are also on this floor, as well as a large wraparound deck. The sofa in the living room is a Queen sleeper sofa.

Downstairs is a spacious game room that includes a tv, pool table, foosball table, and multi-case. Off the game room are the Queen bedroom, bathroom, and laundry closet with stackable washer and dryer. Off the game room is another deck that includes the hot tub. The sofa in the downstairs game room is also a Queen sleeper sofa.

NO pets or animals of any kind allowed inside the cabin. If this rule is violated, you will be asked to vacate immediately with no refund and assessed an extra $100 cleaning fee.

NO smoking or vaping allowed inside the cabin OR on the decks. Evidence of smoking or vaping smells inside the cabin or cigarette butts around the decks will result in the loss of the security deposit or an extra $250 assessment for extra cleaning.
