Fireplace are shut for the summer season from May1 through October 1 st. LOCK BOXES As you see, cabin is equipped with a code lock box. We ask you to keep a key in lock box at all times. For 2 reason, you or anyone of your party is never locked out of the cabin and if maintenance is requested by your group can access your cabin if you sew away. No one will enter your cabin with out your permission. LOST AND FOUD Please call (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) if you leave anything behind at the cabin. POWER OUTAGES If you experience a power outage during your getaway pls call Sevier County Electric System at (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) Pls., note with well water the pump requires power so in the event of the power outage you may not have water until the power has been restored. SECURITY Your safety and security are of the utmost concern to us to welcome you as our guest. We have Vivint security install at the cabin. We have 2 cameras install out side of the cabin, electronic door lock , sensors on the door and windows.Pls do not disconnect the security system that for your protection.If you have any security issues pls lock all off the door, and call 911. KITCHEN AND BATHS The cabin include nicely equipped kitchen; if you plan on doing a lot of cooking you may want to bring additional pots and pans and cooking supplies. We provide a starter supply of dish soap, dishwater detergent, paper towels and toilet paper are supplied as well as linens (sheets and a starter puppy of towels). You may also want to bring coffee, sweetener, your favorite soap and shampoo as well as any other little items that are part of your daily routine.We do sup the basics but for extended stays you may want to bring additional supplies. TELEVISION SERVICE Cabin, due to their location in the mountains, have satellite TV, either Direct TV , or Dish Network. Due to location in the mountains, not all properties will have local channels like ABC, CBC and FOX due to the line of site to local stations obscured by mountains and tees. Please note this if you are planning on watching one of your favorite shows or sporting events, there are several local restaurant that have sporting events televised if not available through the cabin. PETS Our Cabin allowed dogs till 35Ibs . The maximum numbers of dogs allowed is 2 (two). Call the owner for more information. The pet owner is responsible for any damages caused by the dog. Bringing a dog into a “non-pet friendly” property will result in a $350 excess cleaning fee. NO STUDENT GROUPS OR HOUSE PARTIES OF ANY KIND If the guests are found to be having a party, everyone will be asking to vacate the premises. No refund will be given. Cabin rentals 2 or more bedrooms require the renter to be 25 years of age or older.Any group found to be under age will have their reservation cancelled. CABIN ARE NON SMOKING Cabin are Non-Smoking and you will be subject to a minimum of a $250 penalty for clean up and sanitation if you are found to have smoked inside. Butt cans or ashtrays are provided on the outside deck and porches so you may smoke outside only. Please use this to help prevent forest fires. This is strictly enforced, there are no exceptions. FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITY Guests assume full responsibility for all damages, excessive cleaning charges, or any missing items including lines and towels. The owners can not held responsible for items left in the Cabin, please double check before you depart. HOT TUBS AND COVERS Hot tubs will be inspected after each rental. If any items such as food, alcohol, soaps or bath products, etc. are found in the hot tub, you will be charged an excessive cleaning fee of $150. Damage to any cover will result a $400 to $600 charge. Cover should remain on the hot tub at all times when not in use. HOT TUBS WARNING Person with heart conditions, skin sensitivities, pregnant women and children under the age of 16 SHOULD NOT use hot tub. There is medical research indicating that being in a hot tub can cause an unsafe drop in a young persons heard rate and can dangerously increase his/her body temperature. Children are also more prone to skin irritation from the chemicals in the water. A hot tub is not a swimming pool.Submersing in a hot tub by any person can result in serious eye, ear and respiratory diseases. Drowning can occurring just inches of water. Keep children away from the hot tub at all times. Use the hot tub at your own risk. Mandatory Procedure for Use of Hot Tubs - No persons with heart problems, pregnant or under the age of 16 may use the hot tub. - Shower before entering hot tub.
