Our Upscale cabin in the Smoky Mtns is the ideal place for your next great vacation! Our cabin offers everything you need for a relaxing and memorable tome with family/friends. You can soak in the hot tub and admire the scenic views or challenge your friends and family to a game of pool, Foosball, 2 arcades systems or air hockey. Wake up with coffee on the deck while soaking in majestic views and enjoy a glass of wine in the hot tub or cuddling by the fireplace!
This cabin features true hardwood floors, stone fireplaces, a hot tub, jacuzzi tub with view, pool table, foosball, air hockey, EV charger and a huge master bedroom on the top level, with a full wall of windows overlooking the beautiful Smoky Mountains. All three floors boast large windows, allowing you to feel like you are one with nature in the Smoky Mountains. The property features 2 bedrooms and sleeps up to 8 people comfortably with plenty of space to spread out and not feel cramped. You'll love the spacious living room and master bedroom, both with stone fireplaces. Prepare a gourmet meal in the fully stocked kitchen or enjoy one of the amazing 5-star restaurants or dinner shows in the area. Diana was wonderful host. The porches were peaceful and the view was perfect. We even seen a black bear and her two cubs in the side yard of the cabin!

Breezy Ridge Hideaway in Pigeon Forge is a cozy spot with a kitchen that has everything you need and comfy places to hang out. It's tucked away in the Smoky Mountains, so it's quiet, but still close to all the fun stuff in town. The cabin has a great deck with incredible views and a hot tub, making it a solid choice for a chill getaway. Plus, the hosts are super helpful and really make sure you have a great stay.

This cabin was so serene and peaceful! I could sit on the back porch for hours. There was a nice kids play area just a short walk away, and the neighborhood is so inviting. It’s amazing how it’s up in the mountains, quiet and away from the noise, and yet just a short drive to The Island and all the great attractions!! Also, the cabin had really comfortable beds and the kids enjoyed the arcade games. Cabin was clean and clearly showed the owners care about it.

Wow they weren’t kidding about the views. Woke up to a wonderful time sitting on the back porch drinking a coffee. Charming cabin - would def rent again! You can tell they went above and beyond in order to make this an oasis!

Thank you for booking our Cabin! I hope you are excited about your trip to the Smokies and the Breezy Ridge Cabin! Here is your check-in information:

-Check-in anytime after 4 pm, the door code is 0428. Twist the deadbolt to the right after entering in the code to open it. To lock it, press the Schlage button and twist the deadbolt knob to the left.
-Check out is 10:00 am
-The address is 2412 Breezy Ridge Dr., Sevierville, TN
-Free Wi-Fi is also provided during your stay:

Additional things to know:
-We have a drip coffee maker - coffee not provided.
-The hot tub might not be completely "hot" when arriving at 4 pm, because we drain, clean and refill it and it takes several hours to reach a higher temperature.
-The nearest grocery store is Kroger in Pigeon Forge, about a 10 minutes drive.

Did you forget your toiletries or paper products?? We provide enough paper products and supplies to last a day or two in case you forget to bring some with you. We do not provide coffee, salt, pepper, cooking oil and trash bags. You will need to bring or buy them.

*** DO NOT flush feminine products or wipes down the toilet. Due to past issues from guests, there will be a $250 fine to anyone caught doing this since it causes the toilet to overflow, which means we have to call out a plumber and a cleaner to get it fixed and cleaned up.

If you need anything during your stay, please feel free to email Diana, through your booking site or text/call Misty or Alyssa at (865) 279-5295 between the hours of 8am-9pm. All calls after 9pm, will be returned the next day.

For Maintenance Emergency, after 9pm, please call/text 865-562-9008. We kindly ask that you reserve calls after 9pm for emergencies only (No water, No Electricity, No heat during winter months, No AC during Summer months, Leak, Lock out, fire, etc...). All other calls will be handled the next business day. *Please note the following items are not considered emergencies: TV not or remote needing batteries, fireplace not working, toilet not flushing (if you have more than one bathroom), hot tub not working, and other such items.

*NO PETS ALLOW! *Hot tubs takes a few hours to heat up after they have been cleaned and sanitized after the previous guests checked out. * All refunds from cancellations may be subject to a 3% credit card processing fee depending on how you booked the property, meaning some listing sites may have the fee and some may not. *We cannot do early check-ins or late check-outs from Memorial Day to New Years Day. *All late check-outs have to be pre-approved 24 hours in advance or a $100 fine will be charged if you stay past check-out time without permission.
