Welcome to the gated community Cyan/PDX! Upon arrival, enter "383" on the dial box located to the right of the main entrance, and I will let you in. To access the building, all gated facilities, and elevator, please use key fob or black access card you’ll find in the desk drawer. Proceed through the hallway, turn right, and find the elevators. You have 60 sec after entering the building to get to elevators or you would need to dial again. Your apartment is on the 13th floor; after exiting the elevator, turn left and proceed to apartment 1303. Before your arrival, we'll send you the entrance code for the front door. Enter the code on the keypad, press the ? icon, and the door will open. Inside, you'll find the key hanging on the hook to the left of the front door. The lock operates using the code, Switchbot card, and regular key. To lock the door, press the lock icon

Guest Count: Please let us know how many people will stay (max 6), so we could provide bedding and coffee accordingly. Pets Policy: Feel free to bring your furry friends, but please inform us in advance so we could prepare pet bed, snacks and amenities. Max 1 pet with weight limit 35 lbs. Early check in or late check out: We understand needs of our guests to arrive or departure on different times and we allow it for an additional convenience fee. This will go directly to our cleaning crew since they would need to adjust their schedule accordingly. Utilities and Appliances: Help us conserve energy by turning off lights, AC, and appliances when not in use. Lock all doors and windows when leaving the property. Report any security concerns promptly. Community Respect: Be mindful of our neighbors' privacy and respect the community atmosphere. No parties. No outside visitors are allowed, no more than 6 people, including children, can stay at any time due to capacity restrictions. No smoking, vaping, or marijuana consuming. No commercial photo or video shoots without prior permission.
