Portland Flair - a great option for large families or groups. This 2-story, artsy bungalow in hip SE PDX can comfortably sleep 8-12 people: three bedrooms upstairs and one downstairs with 2 sofa beds; and a large sofa in the common area. Seated on a dead-end street, and with a driveway that can fit 2-4 cars, our home is not the average Airbnb in Portland. The bungalow has a wrap-around porch with a hammock, porch swing, back-deck with gas BBQ and a yard that wraps around 3 sides of the home.
The house can sleep quite a few people. One upstairs bedroom can easily sleep two in a queen bed and one or two on a plush sectional sofa. The other two upstairs bedrooms have a full bed and a matching twin (one is a bunk bed and one has a trundle). Downstairs bedroom/office has a fold our full sofa bed and a futon sofa for one. Not to mention the oversized-sofa in the TV room.

The colorful bathroom upstairs has a stand-up shower and a clawtub bathtub. Guests are welcome to use our fully-equipped kitchen with plates, silverware, baking needs, spices etc ... microwave, stove, toaster oven, coffee maker and a Berkey water filter system (simply pour in water if the fill line spigot is low). For your convenience, there is a washer and dryer in the downstairs bathroom. The first 2 loads are on us. Beyond that, we request that you supply your own detergent.

There is a comfortable hammock on the front porch to enjoy watching the lush sunny surroundings or stay dry while you watch rainbows.

A spacious house, with Portland-quirky decor, which we enjoyed for several days in June 2017. Per the owners, the refrigerator is for community use. Be aware that lots of visitors (us included) buy more than they can consume ... so pop open a beer & make yourself at home!

Wonderful weekend stay at Jessica's Artsy Bungalow. Everything was as advertised, the house was larger than what I anticipated. My guests and I felt well taken care of and vey much enjoyed our stay. The hammock on the front deck was a great addition which helped escape the hot sunny days. The neighborhood is quiet and pleasant. As the photos show, the house is full of character and charm. Jessica was a wondeful host, i'd recommend this listing to anyone looking for a spot in Potland.

What a wild and artistic house! We comfortably had 6 people sleep in this house and room for visiting guests to drop by! There was lots of room for group dinners and multiple beds to rest easy. The house is super close to trader joes, organic markets and many coffee shops. Beautiful neighbourhood and about 20 minutes to the expo centre and 15 min to downtown. Cheap uber rides to where ever you want to go!! The house was packed with all the cutlery, plates, to go mugs, kitchen gadgets and necessities to make your meals what you desire. Really appreciated having the spices, oils, Tupperware/ all the little trinkets a regular house would have. The chickens laid the most DELICIOUS eggs and were entertaining to hang out with. Lovely people live in the home and there are plenty of crazy photos/art to get lost in! Will be back next year!

Jessica and Aran's home is an absolute joy. The design is eclectic and bright, and it's a perfect spot for larger groups. We enjoyed using their kitchen, multiple decks, hammock, and even their chickens! (Fresh eggs, yum.) Aran was quick to respond to our questions, and the location is ideal for exploring downtown Portland and other hip neighborhoods. Thank you for a fabulous stay!

The 'Pumpkin House' is one of a kind! A true beauty right in the heart of Southeast Portland. Jessica's home is full of amazing, eclectic art pieces that brings about such a charming and warm energy in the home. Jessica and her husband Aran were fabulous hosts and ensuring that our stay was comfortable and easy. They were great at communicating with me and answering my questions in a timely manner! The next time I am back in PDX I will definitely be staying here and would recommend the Pumpkin House to anyone looking for a fabulous home to stay at in a great area in Portland!
