One numbered dedicated parking spot. Many bus and Max stops within easy walking distance Union train station only 3 blocks away Portland airport is a easy Trimet Max trip

Payment Policy

Pay monthly rent on the day you move in. Each 30 days you will pay the additional months rent. We will pro-rate rent accordingly.

Refundable Damage Deposit

We would like to collect the security deposit when you book. We will hold this during your stay. If you choose not to say we will refund you 100% 30 days before your booking. 50% 3 weeks before your booking.
If you depart the condo and there is no damage - we refund 100% of the deposit.

Cancellation Policy

A $500 deposit is required to hold the property. You will receive a full reimbursement if you cancel 30 days before check in. You will receive 50% 3 weeks before check in. Less than 3 week cancellation results in deposit being forfeited.
