Beth created an environment that was a perfect home away from home for our three-month stay in Portland. The condo included all of the essentials and more and it was evident Beth cares a lot about the comfort of her guests. The location beside the river was perfect and allowed for easy access to walks. When we had an issue with the wifi, Beth went above and beyond in working with the internet provider for an extended period to fix the issue. She was also extremely responsive, helpful and kind any time we reached out with questions. If we ever need a place to stay in Portland again, we will definitely consider Beth's place.

We had a wonderful time staying at Beth and Bud's condo on the waterfront in Portland. We walked all along the river and even enjoyed a Saturday market within easy walking distance. We also walked to Powell's - and enjoyed a Hawaii ice at a place across the curtesy from the bookstore. There is a washer and dryer and lots of tv options. We cooked many dinners in the kitchen and used the grill on the deck. There is an awesome pool and hot tub - if you are looking for a place to stay in Portland, you will not be disappointed! Beth and Bud are also very responsive if you need anything at all during your stay.

I've lived out of airBnbs for over a year and this is easily one of the best I've stayed at. Location is great. Right by the riverfront for walks/runs. Grocery store, shops, restaurants are all in walking distance. Beds are extremely comfortable. Pool/hottub/grill area are awesome. Kitchen is well stocked with slices, knives, pots/pans, etc. Ideal for longterm stay. Remote work: One desk upstairs and one desk downstairs for working. No internet issues at all

We would like to collect the security deposit when you book. We will hold this during your stay. If you choose not to say we will refund you 100% 30 days before your booking. 50% 3 weeks before your booking.
If you depart the condo and there is no damage - we refund 100% of the deposit.

A $500 deposit is required to hold the property. You will receive a full reimbursement if you cancel 30 days before check in. You will receive 50% 3 weeks before check in. Less than 3 week cancellation results in deposit being forfeited.
