Condo is 13 miles from Texas medical center and is in west chase business district. Condo is very quiet and safe with codes for entry and exit. Galleria is 5 miles and downtown about 10 miles from condo. 100 MBPS WIFI is provided and with streaming services like Amazon, HULU, DISNEY+ and many more. New AC for your comfort.

Condo is on second floor and is very quiet neighborhood, the pool will open in summer and looks very inviting, mailbox and gate remote will be provided.
