You'll love the convenient location - right off Beltway 8 and Briarforest, with easy access to City Center as well as all the shopping and dining you could want. If nature is your thing, you'll love experiencing this beautifully wooded neighborhood with mature trees. And if you enjoy hiking and biking, this home is located less than 5 minutes from the popular Terry Hershey Park. Includes a lap pool, tennis courts, and a gated park with a jogging trail and a gazebo.
The townhome contains two bedrooms & two baths upstairs. The master bedroom has a queen bed with a bathroom and a shower. The guest bedroom has two twin beds with a bathroom and tub/shower. Both bedrooms have smart TVs.
Downstairs, you'll have a fully furnished kitchen with dining space. Adjacent to the kitchen is the living room with a small couch and chairs. The living room has a 55" smart TV. Next to the living room, you have your half bath and washer and dryer. There is plenty of storage space if you need it.
There is a private patio right outside of the living room for you to enjoy.

This unit was perfect for my family of 4. It’s not a luxury rental but it doesn’t claim to be. For the location and the amenities, it’s a great deal. We felt very safe and really enjoyed our stay, it was easy to get to the Museums downtown and restaurants nearby.

Response:Well here is what my cleaner told me after I relayed your comment about the shower & sink smelling like sewage which I asked him and his crew about. "No, it doesn't smell but probably wrote that because they got caught with the dog. People do $hi% like that when they do something wrong. I don't smell anything like that." So that being said...to whoever else reading this...the shower & sink do not smell like sewage.

House Rules

We allow a maximum of ONE pet; MUST BE UNDER 30LBs. Pets must be house-broken (this is a townhome with no backyard). Pets must be kept on a leash when taken outside to use the restroom. There are many neighbors who walk their dogs in the community. The community provides free "poop" bags that are posted outside on the grounds. The HOA does not allow dogs to be kept on the patio for a prolonged period of time. In the past, all the neighborhood dogs would tend to "communicate" with each other well into all hours of the night...hence the patio rule. If at all possible, please have your pets sleep on the first floor. The first floor is vinyl and handles pet dander better than carpet. IF WE FIND OUT THAT YOUR PET(S) is/ARE OVER THE 30LB LIMIT THERE WILL BE AN EXTRA $100 CHARGE for each pet over the limit. NOTE: The owner must provide proof of certification for service dogs. Emotional support pets are not considered service animals and therefore require the pet fee. No smokingNo parties or eventsCheck-in is anytime after 3:00 PM
