1.$500 refundable incidental hold required. This is not included in your reservation price. This will be paid through resolution center after reservation and will be refunded to you after the stay. 2. No extra guests allowed in the house or pool. If someone is visiting than add them to guest count. 3.Please upload government issued id to your airbnb profile. 4. No loud music or gatherings outside on pool or patio after 10 pm. 5. Don't move furniture and if you do then please put furniture back where it was originally. 6. Outdoor furniture can have dust on it due to rain and wind. 7. Check-out is 11AM unless stated otherwise. A Mandatory $100 fee per hour for unauthorized "Overstay". If "Overstay" exceeds two hours past checkout, guest is responsible for the Daily Base Rate (without discounts) & does not award you possession of the property for the day of "Overstay". If guest wants to extend their stay (based upon availability), a new official booking will need to be made. If "Overstay" causes a future reservation to be refunded, guest is responsible for the full cost of reimbursement. 8.
