Welcome to the “Indigo Haven”. This is your “home-away-from-home”. A delightful, cozy, comfortable 3BR home in the beautiful Robindell neighborhood. This home provides a relaxing, calm retreat right in the outskirts of the bustling & booming city of Houston. House Rules for Indigo Haven
At Indigo Haven, we want you to feel safe and comfortable. We have spent a lot of time, energy and care in decorating, cleaning and appointing this space with everything we could think of to make your stay comfortable. Here are some House policies we ask you to adhere to in order to make it enjoyable for all of our guests and neighbors.
• NO PARTIES ALLOWED: If a party is identified, security deposit will not be returned and/or we will assess a fee of $500
• NO LOUD MUSIC at night after 11pm
• ADDITIONAL GUESTS: Indigo-Haven is designed to accommodate a maximum of 6 guests. Additional guests are $50/night/guest
• Smoking Policy: We have a strict NO SMOKING policy. There is no smoking of tobacco or illegal substances allowed on the premises. This includes vaping. Please help us keep Indigo-Haven a smoke-free zone. Violators will lose security deposit and/or pay a fee of $500
• PET POLICY: We DO allow pets – but only small to medium size cats or dogs < 40 lbs. Your pet must be well trained to stay on our property. If these specifications are violated, security deposit will not be returned and if damages, additional fees will apply. Non-disclosed pets will incur a fee of $300
• TOWELS OR BLANKETS: Please do not remove from the property. Missing towels or blankets will result in a replacement fee.
• SHEETS AND TOWELS: Please do not use oils or other mixtures that will stain or bleach our linens. If you need to remove make-up or significant dirt (after a long day outdoors), please use the dark washcloths
• GARBAGE DISPOSAL: Please be mindful that there is no garbage disposal. Please empty the kitchen sink strainer into the trash as needed. All trash is to be placed in outside bins every night
• TRASH AND RECYCLING: Trash cans are available on the patio. We do our best to help the environment so please join us by putting your recyclable items in the green bin and your trash in the black bin. Recyclables include paper, cardboard, plastic, tin, aluminum, glass, and newspaper.
TRASH PICKUP: Trash pickup is on Tuesday. Please take out the garbage bins onto the street Monday evenings.
• We take great care in maintaining our homes and perform regular pest control treatments. However, as we are located in Texas, it is possible that insects may occasionally enter the home. To minimize this, we kindly ask that guests keep windows and doors closed and avoid leaving lights on during their stay.
• FOOD POLICY: Please note there may be food/drinks left by other guests. We do our best to eliminate any expired of stale food. However, please check expiration dates before consuming any food you did not purchase yourself. However, if it is in the fridge or pantry, you are welcome to consume it.
• INTERNET: Please log off any personal accounts on the television (this is for your own privacy.
• PARKING: There is ample parking: 5 spots. The garage can accommodate 1 car, there are 2 additional covered garage spaces and 2 extra spots in the drive-way in front of the house. Free street parking at your own risk is also available.
• INTERNET ACCESS: Wifi instructions will be provided on check in.
• TELEVISION / DVD / CABLE / STREAMING: The TVs in the house do not offer cable but are loaded with several streaming channels. There is a smart TV in the living room and the master bedroom. We have Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, Hulu, and other services included with Roku. Use the remote to turn on the power and adjust the volume. You can use the directional keys to move round the screen and select apps or show selections.
• LAUNDRY: If you would like to do laundry during your stay you are welcome to use the laundry room. We have provided Tide laundry soap for your use.

Payment Policy
100% of rental rate, cleaning fee, refundable damage deposit, applicable lodging taxes, and signed rental agreement must be received to confirm reservation.
Refundable Damage Deposit
A refundable $500 security deposit is included with each reservation. If you paid by credit/debit card, it will be reflected as a "credit hold". The credit hold will be initially applied at the time of booking.The security deposit protects against property losses.. It is also used for unreported/hidden damage, and/or any violations of the rental agreement that are not physical accidental damage.The security deposit remaining will be released to you within 30 days of your stay (less any credit card processing fees paid for losses deducted).Security deposit is due on booking. There is nothing you need to do before or after your stay to have the deposit secured or released.We expect guests to report all damage when it happens so that we can fix the issue before our next guests arrive.

If Guest wishes to cancel reservation, deposit and payment will be refunded as follows :
-- 60 days prior to the Check-in date - 100% of all deposits or payments
-- Less than 60 days to check-in - NO refund of any deposits or payments
-- Hurricane or natural disaster cancellation: if there is a storm, or hurricane or other natural disasters, above cancellation rules apply, unless mandatory evacuation is issued. No refunds will be given for night stayed if there is a storm or hurricane during the guest's stay. Refunds will be prorated or stay rescheduled to future open date.
