The outdoor space is partially fenced, providing a safe area for play and relaxation. Enjoy a BBQ on the patio, making the most of this delightful and functional outdoor area.

Guests have access to the entire main home and outdoor space.
There is a brand new ADU that has been built in the back of the home with a separate entrance, outdoor space, and parking.

Theres a maximum of 4 parking stalls in the driveway for guests. If more parking stalls are desired, guests may park along Oak Grove Blvd (2 min walk).

We know your furry friends are family too, so we welcome up to 2 pets! Make sure to add your pet(s) to your reservation and the pet fee will be automatically included (pet fee is $50 per pet per stay).

Keep in mind the yard is not fully fenced, so please have your pets on a leash while outside. Feel free to use the provided doggy waste bags and please pick up after your pet.

⪼EV CHARGING⪻
We do have a 50amp (240V) outlet plug on the driveway exterior side of the house, available for Level 2 charging. Guest will need to bring their own charger.

⪼EXTRA GUESTS⪻
This house sleeps 8 comfortably. If family/friends (above the allotted 8 guests) are wanting to spend the night, there will be an extra $100 fee per guest.
