Welcome to this charming house nestled in the serene Lake Oswego neighborhood, just a short drive from the vibrant city of Portland. With a small view of the lake between the tall trees, this property is ready to host you and your family or friends. The house boasts an open layout flooded with an abundance of natural light with the huge windows, complemented by chic furnishings and tasteful accents.

Youll walk into this property and be greeted by huge windows and a small lake view amongst the large trees. There is parking for several cars in the driveway.

Youll find the master to the right with an attached bathroom with soaking tub and separate shower.

There is a half bath just off the landing also.

To the left of the entrance, there is another queen bedroom also with an attached bathroom.

Up the few stairs youll find a huge open living room, kitchen, dining and bar area.

Guests will also have access to the large deck with another dining table and chairs.


Please Note: Parking for the main house is in front of the garage. The basement suite will be parking on the very left side of the driveway. Also, please dont go down the stairs near the 1/2 bath as this is a door to the basement apartment.

Please also note: There is not a TV in the living room, only in the master bedroom.

Guests will get access to the main house with 2 bedrooms both with bathrooms attached and the large deck off the living area. Guests do not have access to the basement apartment, so please do not go down the stairs to their door. Garage wont be accessible, but there is plenty of parking in the driveway. The left side of the driveway is for this unit in front of the garage and house. The downstairs unit will park on the left side.

Kristy is available should you need anything. Otherwise, we follow guests lead on interaction.

There is no TV in the living room, only in the master bedroom.

Guests do not have access to the patio downstairs, only the large deck off the kitchen.

Please park in front of the garage. The left side of the driveway is reserved for the basement unit guest.
