Welcome to our 1 bedroom guesthouse in the coveted Lake Oswego, not far from Portland. Stylish and well-equipped, its perfect for solo travelers or couples. Relax in the queen bed, remote work at the desk, enjoy the kitchenette, and unwind on the outdoor patio. Explore nearby boutiques and restaurants or head into Portland for urban adventures. Your tranquil getaway awaits!

.Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space fit for 2. Youll park your car in the driveway to the left. Youll then enter the gate and walk to the left of the house and down the path and few steps, where youll find the entry door with keypad.

With a separate bedroom with queen bed and desk for remote workers, youll have what you need to call home.

In the kitchenette, youll have a small dishwasher, toaster oven and hot plate with 2 burners. There is a small fridge for use and also a separate freezer.

Youll also get a washer and dryer in the unit and a full bathroom. The living room is spacious with a TV, books and games. This designer space will make a great home away from home for a quick getaway or longer stay.

Outside the door there is a patio with a fire that you will also have access to.

Please note: stays over 30 days may require an agreement and extra screening.

Guests will get access to the ground floor apartment suite. To access the suite, you enter the gate by the front door, go to the left and take the stairs down. The door on the right will have a keypad to access. You will have access to the back patio. Parking for the suite is on the left side of the driveway. The main house will be parking in front of the garage. The main house has access to an upper deck inaccessible to the lower unit, but you might see guests on the deck occasionally.

Kristy is available any time should you need anything, otherwise we mostly leave guests to enjoy their stay.

This is a basement apartment, so you may hear some noise from upstairs periodically.
