House and Property Rules We want to treat your group like our own visiting family! We are asking for you to respect our home and property as if it was your own and to obey local ordinances. Thanks for visiting! 1) This is a NO PARTIES and NO SMOKING PROPERTY. Please do not smoke in the house or any porches or on property. We have a $500 fine for any evidence of smoking in our properties to ensure a great guest experience for everyone. 2) No ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES allowed on the premises. 3) Owners or their representatives are not liable for any damage or injury to visitors resulting from this rental or any loss or damage involving visitor's personal property. Please lock doors or keep your belongings somewhere safe. Guests assume full responsibility for any injury, loss or damage during their stay. Any damage to the home due to guest actions will be guest responsibility. 4) NO unregistered Guests are allowed in-this home at any time unless directly asked and permission granted by property host. Home occupancy at ANY TIME may not exceed the number of guests booked for the reservation. You may not exceed the maximum occupancy of this unit as it's a fire code issue. Please refer to the listing details or property manager for this home. We must obey the laws of the local ordinances. Thank you. 5) No FIRES of any kind outside the house. Our HOA prohibits any outside fires. NO FIREARMS or FIREWORKS are to be discharged or set off on this property or in this community at any time. 6) Please clean out all trash and take BAGGED trash to green dumpsters by gate at bottom of hill. All Trash must be placed INSIDE trash bins prior to departure. Please do not set any loose trash or bagged trash OUTSIDE the home or the trash bins. Thank you! 7) Please do the dishes and/or run dishwasher prior to departure. 8) Please do not eat or drink on the beds. 9) Moving of furniture inside the house is NOT permitted. Guest agrees if the couches, etc. are found to have been moved, guest will pay the owner $250 to cover the cost of hiring someone to put the furniture where it belongs. The guest shall be responsible for any and all damage to the rental property and its furnishings, appliances and equipment located therein which occurs during the occupancy of the property, EXCLUDING normal wear and tear. Also, our goal is total accuracy, but guest acknowledges that changes to the property may be made by the owners (like new furnishings, changes in decor) that may not show on the website in pictures and these changes are not misrepresentations. 10) It is not our goal to disturb your vacation, but guest agrees that owners and/ or representatives may enter for repairs, emergencies, or security issues. 11) Improper behavior resulting in the police being called to the property will result in immediate termination of the stay at the owner or property hosts discretion. There is a noise curfew between 9 pm and 7:30 am in this area. PLEASE be respectful of this important Noise Ordinance. Noise Ordnance: "Unreasonably loud and disturbing noises prohibited. It shall be unlawful for any person or persons to make, permit, continue, or cause to be made or to create any unreasonably loud and disturbing noise in the county regardless of its source". 13) PLEASE RESPECT CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES. You have been given the means to enter the property unescorted. PLEASE do not violate this trust by arriving early or staying late unless you have been given specific approval to do so. Our cleaning teams are on a strict schedule to make sure the property is ready for the next guest arrival. Thank you! 14) Although we cannot guarantee the operation of all appliances anymore that you can at any given moment in your home, every effort is made to keep the equipment and appliances in good working order. Please report any appliance, plumbing, AC problems, or any other damages observed during your stay to your property host promptly. We make every effort to have the repairs taken care of quickly! No refunds for equipment or appliance failure. Guest agrees to notify owner or property host promptly for any emergency (like leaking water) that results in an immediate hazard to the property or any of our guests. 15) Parking is limited to 3 vehicles. Guests MUST Park in the designated areas as provided in the house manual for this property where applicable to avoid being towed. The owner has no responsibility for improperly parked vehicles being towed or fined. PLEASE ONLY PARK IN DRIVEWAY, NOT ON THE STREET. 16) We use a professional cleaning service that takes great care of our home. Our goal is for you to find the property clean! If there is a mistake made, which is rare, guest agrees to notify us on the day of arrival. If it's any later into your stay we cannot determine if there was issue upon arrival. Cleaning issues will not be assessed 24 hours or longer after your arrival. 17) HEALTH NOTICE Thank you for staying at our home! We do our very best to make sure you have the cleanest home available during your stay have detailed operating procedures to clean, sanitize and make sure our home is clean for your stay. We take every measure possible and stay educated on the CDC standards for sanitation to ensure a safe and clean environment. Due to these high cleaning standards, we will not be held responsible or liable for any sickness or illness that may occur during or after your stay with us. 18) Failure to comply with checkout procedures will result in additional cleaning fees that will be billed to guests after departure. PET POLICIES We love our furry friends, but we ask that guests respect all rules regarding pet activity in the home. One large dog crate is provided. 3 Child/Pet gates are also provided. Grey blankets are provided in the main level bedroom closet for guest use to cover beds/furniture . Guest will be responsible for any and all damage caused by pet activity in or around the home. While our property is pet friendly, an additional cleaning fee applies. Please ensure to select pets when booking. 1. No pets on furniture without pet cover. 2. Pets must not be left unattended in the home unless crated. 2. Pet must be leashed AT ALL TIMES when outside the home. 3. All pet waste must be picked up immediately and disposed of properly. Pet waste bags are provided for use. 4. Pets should not be left uncreated in the home unattended. 1 large crate is available for pet owner use.
