Ideal for a family retreat filled with fun things to do, it has easy access to both outdoor adventures and in-town activities! 5 minutes from Resort gate.The Coosawattee River Resort is a gated community with 24/7 monitoring at the gates. It offers several amenities (year- round indoor heated pool, two seasonally operated outdoor pools, tennis courts, a mini golf course, an indoor gym and a rec room.

You may purchase a pass for an additional $100. The pass is a punch card that has 7 punches, and each punch is good for 4 guests/punch.

This three bedroom and 2 baths cabin is situated on a gated Resort Community. Enjoy the Hot Tub sits 6, riverfront cabin and have a drink on the screened in porch.

As per the rental agreement, you must be 25 years old to book. A valid driver's license for the renter and names and ages of all guests are required to be received within 48 hours of booking.

NOTE: External security cameras are located at the front door, at the back entrance overlooking the parking area, and on the far side of the house overlooking the natural gas tank and crawlspace entrance. No cameras impede on guest privacy and are there for security reasons. No cameras may be touched, tampered with or covered at any time. Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property.

Shared spaces: Located in a gated resort community. It has several amenities like pools, gym and game room ( a $100 card punch needs to be purchased to use outdoor pool and indoor heated pool). The resort also has 2 parks- great for walks . The resort amenity card: it's a $100 card. The pass is a punch card that has 7 punches, and each punch is good for 4 guests. If you are interested in using the resort outdoor pool located 5 minutes by car from the cabin, it would be less than $15 a day/ group of 4. There is also an indoor heated pool, game room (accepts cash only), work out room about 20 minutes by car from the cabin. Let me know if you are interested so I can give you more information/details. This needs to be informed ahead of check-in time.

The cabin is located in the Coosawattee River Resort area and we will need to provide you additional information so you will have easy access into the resort area.

First and most important, let's get there (let me know if you need more directions). EASY ACCESS!!
I am sure you have GPS, Google maps and Waze are correct, but may not take you to the Ellington Road entrance, which is closer to the cabin. The resort has about 4 entrances so please make sure you use the Ellington road Entrance.

Once you are in the Coosawattee Resort ( I will give you the code on the day of your arrival), keep going straight until you see a 5 stop sign.
Turn right slightly right onto Riverview Drive and another right into Foxhound Dr.
Make another right on Navaho (approximately 600ft). Our cabin is on the end of Navaho on the right hand side, before the road splits up.

I will send you the cabin door code on the day of your arrival before 4pm.

- No food or drink in the hot tub
- Do not flush anything besides toilet paper as the cabin is on a septic tank system. No smoking
-Must be 25+ to rent, No smoking of any kind, no pets, no large gatherings. This is a family oriented home that we use for our own family and friends to enjoy. Thank you for taking care of our home and respecting it like you would your own!

Refundable Damage Deposit

There will be a contract to sign 3 days prior to your arrival which describes any fees associated with misuse of the home.
Full security deposit will be refunded within 5 business days of your check-out. If any damages are found, you will be notified within 24 hours after your check-out time.

Notes

- No smoking of any kind - No pets - Do not flush anything in the toilet besides toilet paper as the cabin is on a septic tank system - NO FOOD OR DRINK IN THE HOT TUB - No events, parties, or large gatherings. Evidence of a party will result in a hefty post-stay fee -Swimming gears are not provide but can be purchased at Walmart 5 minutes from cabin or rented from 3rd parties - The maximum occupancy is not to be exceeded at any point during your stay - Must be at least 25 years old to book NOTE: Your safety matters. There is a Ring doorbell security camera, located next to the front door facing out. It does not look into any interior spaces
