Los huéspedes a alojarse deben tener foto de perfil, estar registrados en la reservación y presentar documento de identidad valido para cada uno; en las próximas 48 horas luego de realizada la reservación o antes de la llegada; lo que ocurra primero para poder realizar un registro de entrada sin contratiempos. No se proveerá código de entrada si incumple con esta regla y se expone a la cancelación de su reservación sin reembolso alguno. Toda la información referente a la reservación será compartida por mensajes a través de la plataforma únicamente con el huésped principal. El registro de entrada deberá ser realizado por el huésped principal.

La hora del check-out es a las 11:00 am
Early check in & late check out tienen costo adicional por hora y debe ser previamente autorizado.
PROHIBIDO FUMAR: Está estrictamente prohibido fumar. Se cobrará un cargo por fumar de $ 500 si se viola esta regla y se expone a ser desalojado de la propiedad.
NO SE ADMITEN MASCOTAS: No se admiten mascotas en ningún momento. Se cobrará una multa de $ 300 si se viola esta regla y usted será desalojado de la propiedad.
Ocupación máxima de 2 adultos en todo momento. No se permiten visitantes serán considerados como huéspedes si viola esta regla se expone a la cancelación inmediata de la reserva y ser desalojado de la propiedad.
Bajo ninguna circunstancia más de 2 huéspedes pueden alojarse en la propiedad.
La ocupación máxima se aplica estrictamente y excederla puede dar lugar a la cancelación inmediata de la reserva y al desalojo de la propiedad.
El horario de silencio es de 10:00 p. m. a 8:00 a. m. No se permiten fiestas en ningún momento ni ruidos excesivos durante estas horas. El incumplimiento de esta regla puede dar lugar a la cancelación inmediata de la reserva y al desalojo de la propiedad.
Las toallas y la ropa de cama solo se deben utilizar para los fines previstos. No los manche con alimentos, grasa o cualquier otra sustancia. No utilices toallas para limpiar ningún desorden. Las toallas/sábanas manchadas se cargarán al depósito por daños al igual que cualquier rotura y/o daños a la propiedad.
No se permiten subarrendamientos. La propiedad sólo puede ser ocupada por las personas registradas en la reservación y de las cuales se proveyó ID con foto. El incumplimiento de esta regla puede dar lugar a la cancelación inmediata de la reserva y al desalojo de la propiedad. No cuelgues toallas ni prendas de vestir del balcón, barandas ni de las ventanas.
Las reglas del Jacuzzi se encuentran en el manual de la casa usted se compromete a leerlas y aceptarlas como parte de las reglas de la casa.
En el closet hay una armario con candado para uso exclusivo del personal de mantenimiento si usted o su acompañante lo abre o mutila tendrá una penalidad de $300.00.

A profile photo is required at the time of making your reservation. All guests must be registered in the reservation and once the reservation is confirmed, include a valid photo identity document for each of the guests.

As a Host, we aim to make your stay as comfortable as it can possibly be! Our mission is to help our guests create beautiful family memories in our cozy apartment. For us to do so, we would truly appreciate it if you can follow these house rules and confirm that is has been reviewed WITHIN 48 HOURS OF YOUR BOOKING. This is to ensure that if there is any reason the House Rules cannot be followed, you, our guest, will have the option of cancelling the booking penalty free. Thank you in advance and truly appreciate your cooperation! In the house manual you will find the rules for the jacuzzi area, they are part of the house rules and the guest agrees to review and accept them.

-The guests to stay must have a profile photo, be registered in the reservation and present a valid identity document for each one; in the next 48 hours after making the reservation or before arrival; whichever comes first for a smooth check-in. No entry code will be provided if you fail to comply with this rule and you risk cancellation of your reservation without any refund.

NO SMOKING: Smoking is strictly prohibited. A smoking fee of $500 will be charged if this rule is violated and you risk being evicted from the property.
NO PETS ALLOWED: Pets are not allowed at any time. A fine of $300 will be charged if this rule is violated and you will be evicted from the property.
Maximum occupancy of 2 adults at all times. No visitors will be considered as guests if you violate this rule you are exposed to immediate cancellation of the reservation and being evicted from the property.
Under no circumstances are more than 2 guests allowed to stay at the property.

Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. m. to 8:00 a.m. m. Parties are not allowed at any time or excessive noise during these hours. Failure to comply with this rule may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation and eviction from the property.
Towels and bedding must only be used for their intended purpose. Do not stain them with food, grease or any other substance. Don't use towels to clean up any messes. Stained towels/sheets will be charged to the damage deposit as will any breakage and/or property damage.
Subleases are not allowed. The property can only be occupied by the persons registered in the reservation and for whom photo ID was provided. Failure to comply with this rule may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation and eviction from the property. Do not hang towels or clothing from the balcony, railings or windows.
The Jacuzzi rules are in the house manual you agree to read them and accept them as part of the house rules.
-NO PARKING - NO PARKING!! UBER HAS BEEN FANTASTIC FOR GUESTS!!!!!
- Visitors are not allowed.
- Do not sit on wet furniture or bed.
- Keep noise to a minimum after 10:00 pm.
-There shall not be smoking inside the home or Jacuzzi area $500 of penalty and Extra cleaning fees of $250.00 to remove odor and stains may be applied.
- PLEASE WASH YOUR DISHES after use. If dishes are not washed, extra cleaning fees of $20.00 may be applied. - please take-out the garbage every 2 days. Garbage Can is located on the front of the main house.
-Please do not use the white towels to clean up make-up or to clean around. Additional cleaning fee!! {Stained towels, bedding and/or pillows will generate additional charges to your deposit $10 per piece since it implies more time for the cleaning staff and additional chemicals to remove stains. In most cases, the parts must be discarded.}
- PARKING: The property does not have parking. Most of the guests have not needed to rent a car since the accommodation is quite accessible by Uber and you have many essential alternatives within walking distance. If you opt for a car, you must park on the street; in front of a nearby residence since there is no availability in front of the accommodation. Please don’t park blocking neighbors entrance.
- Please acknowledge that from occasionally, we may leave consumables such as condiments or snacks left behind by previous guests if they are not empty. We try our very best to ensure that it is not expired or stale. HOWEVER, ultimately, it is up to the guests' discretion and inspection to consume these items if they wish. The host does not take any responsibility for the consumables.
- Please do not rearrange our furniture.
- If guests are found to have had a party without host permission which results in extra cleaning, guests will be responsible for extra cleaning charges and in the unfortunate event of the disruptions alerting neighbors, GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.
- If guests are suspected of carrying and/or using illegal drugs of any kind, the authorities will be engaged, and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.

-Early Check In $50.00 per hour. Before 11:00 am must book the night before.
-Accidents, injuries or illness: unit owner / administrator is not responsible for any accidents , injuries or illness that may occur while on the premises or outdoors. They are not responsible for the lost of personal belongings or valuables by the guest.
- Lastly, because this is an Airbnb community not a hotel, and is also the co-host home, please be respectful of the property and keep it clean before you leave. (Respect our property and our things)
