Vacation Rental 4you House RULES:

Minimum age requirement: 25 years

A profile photo is required at the time of making your reservation. All guests must be registered in the reservation and once the reservation is confirmed, include a valid photo identity document for each of the guests. Early check in has an additional cost per hour / per person (it will be based on the total number of people in your reservation). It should be authorized if there is availability in many cases it is advisable to book the night before being available)

As a Host, we aim to make your stay as comfortable as it can possibly be! Our mission is to help our guests create beautiful family memories in our Beautiful Property. For us to do so, we would truly appreciate it if you can follow these house rules and confirm that is has been reviewed WITHIN 48 HOURS OF YOUR BOOKING. Thank you in advance and truly appreciate your cooperation!
-Visitors are not allowed.
- Do not sit on wet furniture or bed.
- Keep noise to a minimum after 10:00 pm.
- There shall not be smoking in the property. Penalty of $500.00. Extra cleaning fees of $350.00 to remove odor and stains may be applied. -The use of BBQ is at your sole risk. We are not responsible for accidents caused by mishandling of it and/or oversights when using it. We recommend that it be used by experienced people. We don’t provide the charcoal for the grill. We recommend checking if you have everything you need before putting your food in it so that you avoid setbacks. If you need a gas replacement, you can do it at the nearest supermarket (near the residence there is a grocery store that sells replacements). You must make sure that if you replace the gas tank, it is well installed and does not leak or leakage, it is very dangerous ️ avoid
Accidents, we want your stay to be the best without accidents to regret. We recommend checking where the fire extinguishers on the property are (there are several), not turning on the bbq at high temperatures, using aluminum foil on the grills to avoid excess grease on the flames, not neglecting the bbq on at any time, among other precautions. We are not responsible for accidents and any damage caused to the equipment and/or property will be the responsibility of the guest.
- PLEASE WASH YOUR DISHES after use. If dishes are not washed, extra cleaning fees of $50.00 may be applied.
- Please take-out the garbage every 2 days. Garbage Can is located on the terrace.
-Please do not use the white towels to clean up make-up or to clean around. Additional cleaning fee of up to $50.00.
-It is not allowed under any circumstance the use of dyes or to paint the hair in the accommodation. If you find stains or evidence that this practice has been carried out, you will be penalized with the collection of the damage deposit in its entirety equivalent to $450.00 and any other additional amount to cover any additional expense.
- PARKING: Front of property
- Please acknowledge that from occasionally, we may leave consumables such as condiments or snacks left behind by previous guests if they are not empty. We try our very best to ensure that it is not expired or stale. HOWEVER, ultimately, it is up to the guests' discretion and inspection to consume these items if they wish. The host does not take any responsibility for the consumables.
- Please do not rearrange our furniture.
- If guests are found to have had a party without host permission which results in extra cleaning, guests will be responsible for extra cleaning charges and in the unfortunate event of the disruptions alerting neighbors, GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.
- If guests are suspected of carrying and/or using illegal drugs of any kind, the authorities will be engaged, and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.
_ Please check-out at 11:00 am promptly (additional charges of $100.00 per hour or hour fraction)
-Accidents, injuries or illness: unit owner / administrator is not responsible for any accidents , injuries or illness that may occur while on the premises or outdoors. They are not responsible for the lost of personal belongings or valuables by the guest.
-When using the washing machine, make sure you have removed all the beach sand from your clothes by rinsing before putting it to wash. Damage caused by misuse will be charged to your account.
- Lastly, because this is an Airbnb community not a hotel, please be respectful of the property and keep it clean before you leave. (Respect our property and our things)
