This condo is perfect for some relaxing time or just have fun with family and friends. First floor apartment suitable for all family members.

Aquatika has 5 pools, 3 Jacuzzi, Lazy river, pool slide, 2 tennis courts, beach volleyball, basketball, mini golf, BBQ facilities, 3 play yard and beach access.

Provide names of all guests for registration and resort bracelets.

Maximum 8 guests includes infants & visitors.

TRAVEL INSURANCE

We strongly recommend that all guests purchase travel insurance, especially during the peak months of Hurricane Season, which are July to October. Travel insurance is inexpensive and will reimburse travelers for most expenses associated with canceling travel outside of the cancellation window; however, this will depend on what the coverage purchased covers. Make sure to review and understand the options before purchase. Disclaimer: we are not associated with any travel insurance companies.

HOUSE RULES

Check-in time is at 4:00 pm - flexible

Check-out time is at 11:00 am

NO SMOKING: Smoking is strictly prohibited.

Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am. No parties or noisy activities during these hours.

The host will not pay for a hotel, vacation rental, or transportation expenses incurred because of an interruption in water or electrical service. If water or electricity is interrupted for more than 3 hours, guests have the option of canceling their reservation and requesting a refund for the nights not used. Under no circumstances will we refund consumed nights.

All bookings are contingent on signing a short-term rental agreement that will be sent via email. It must be signed within 48 hours of booking or before entering the property, whichever happens first.

Maximum occupancy of 8 adults/children at all times.

Max. occupancy is strictly enforced, and exceeding it may result in immediate cancellation of booking or being expelled from the property.

Towels and linens must only be used for their intended purpose. Do not stain them with food, grease, or any other substance. Do not use towels to clean up any mess. Stained towels/linens will be charged.

Do not hang towels from the balcony or windows. A $100 fine may be applied if you break this rule.

Subletting is not allowed.

Best way to get around make sure to rent a car. Local restaurants, shopping centers, Walmart and Canovanas Outlets Mall are 18 minutes away. Great location.

House Rules

This is a smoke free property. SMOKING OF ANY KIND IS PROHIBITED WITHIN THE APARTMENT PREMISES.

Guests may not receive visitors during their stay.

Every person must register at the guard house.

Guests must wear the Aquatika wristbands at all times while in public areas of the facilities.

Please do not hang out to dry any towels, bathing suits or similar items from windows, balconies, doors, railings, or other areas that are visible from the exterior. Please utilize the provided towel racks. This practice may result in fines from the Aquatika complex for $200. If the owner of the apartment is fined, this fine will be charged to the guest.

Unnecessary noises are not allowed. Radio and television should be operated in such a way that they do not disturb the neighbors.

No one is permitted to throw any type of objects, or garbage from the
apartment window, balconies hallways or other areas of the condominium

All garbage must be deposited in close bags and placed within the garbage containers at check out.

Glass objects, cigarettes, food, and drinks are not allowed in the swimming pools or water slide.

Chairs are not allowed inside or at the edge of the swimming pools.

Children under 12 years of age must be accompanied by an adult when in
the common areas, swimming pools and recreational areas.

Cancellation Policy

Bookings canceled at least 14 days before check-in will receive 100% refund.

Bookings canceled at least 7 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund.

Bookings canceled fewer than 7 days before the check-in date are non-refundable.

Notes

We provide 1 bath towels per guest and 1 beach/pool towel per guest. Our properties typically include at least 2 beach chairs and an ice cooler. We provide the disposable amenities necessary to get your vacation off to a comfortable start. These amenities include body wash, and shampoos per bathroom, 3 garbage bags, 1 roll of paper towel, 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 dish soap, and 1 dish sponge. We do not provide, washclothes or unlimited disposable amenities. It is your responsibility to review what is included in the property and stock with whatever else may be needed for the duration of your stay.
