AQUATIKA is located in beautiful Loiza, a small community in the outskirts of San Juan. The town of Loiza is approximately 30-35 minutes drive from the International Airport Luis Muñoz Marin (SJU). Loiza is best known for its traditional vejigante masks and the beachside community of Piñones, where you can get some of the best frituras in the region.

AQUATIKA is just a few minutes away from several local restaurants, beach bars, pharmacies and mini-marts. Major supermarkets, outlets malls and fast-food joints are 5-15 minutes drive from the complex.

Getting around

Best way to get around make sure to rent a car. Local restaurants, shoping centers, Walmart and Canovanas Outlets Mall are 18 minutes away. Great location. The unit has two assigned parking spaces located near the building.

This is a smoke free property. SMOKING OF ANY KIND IS PROHIBITED WITHIN THE APARTMENT PREMISES. Guests may not receive visitors during their stay. Every person must register at the guard house. Guests must wear the Aquatika wristbands at all times while in public areas of the facilities. Please do not hang out to dry any towels, bathing suits or similar items from windows, balconies, doors, railings, or other areas that are visible from the exterior. Please utilize the provided towel racks. This practice may result in fines from the Aquatika complex for $200. If the owner of the apartment is fined, this fine will be charged to the guest. Unnecessary noises are not allowed. Radio and television should be operated in such a way that they do not disturb the neighbors. No one is permitted to throw any type of objects, or garbage from the apartment window, balconies hallways or other areas of the condominium All garbage must be deposited in close bags and placed within the garbage containers at check out. Glass objects, cigarettes, food, and drinks are not allowed in the swimming pools or water slide. Chairs are not allowed inside or at the edge of the swimming pools. Children under 12 years of age must be accompanied by an adult when in the common areas, swimming pools and recreational areas. -AQUATIKA has a strict access control policy to facilities. Upon confirmation of the reservation, guests must provide the names of those who will be occupying the villa. Failure to do so, may result in delays at check in time or security can deny your entrance. Per Aquatika’s policy, the maximum capacity for each apartment is 8 quests. The only exception to the rule is up to two infants (0-2ys) in addition to the eight guests. Only registered guests may access the complex. NO VISITORS are allowed. The Aquatika complex requires that all guests wear a resort style wristband during their stay. The wristbands will be provided to guests upon checking in with security guards. These wristbands must be always worn, this way the Complex Security can identify authorized Guests. Don’t worry, we cover the administrative fee for the wristbands!! We provide 1 bath towel per guest and 1 beach/pool towel per guest (no washclothes). Our properties typically include at least 2 beach chairs and an ice cooler. We provide the disposable amenities necessary to get your vacation off to a comfortable start. These amenities include body wash, shampoo/conditioner, hand soap, 3 garbage bags, 1 roll of paper towel, 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, dish soap, and 1 dish sponge. We do not provide unlimited disposable amenities. It is your responsibility to review what is included in the property and stock with whatever else may be needed for the duration of your stay. Complex Amenities Hours: The hours of the pools are from 9:00am to 1:00am. The beach gate will be open from 7:00am to 7:00pm **NOTE: The pool water slide operates only Saturdays and Sundays from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.** Travel Insurance We understand that trip cancellations, interruptions, and delays happen. Therefore, we strongly recommend that you purchase travel insurance to ensure that your booking and property are protected. Unforeseen circumstances happen, and you want to be covered just in case.
