Welcome to the BummInn! It is a very spacious, 2nd row home, that is just steps away from the beach access! It is a well maintained and clean, 6 bedroom/6.5 bath home, featuring a private heated saltwater pool* with kiddie pool, game room, outdoor entertainment area, and baby items! This house is packed with amenities! All linens are included!
Welcome to The BummInn, a second-row home, located in Garden City Beach! The home is located across the street from public beach access and a half mile south of the Garden City Pier. It is also within close proximity to all of the attractions that the Grand Strand has to offer! After spending time out and about, The BummInn has plenty to offer your family and friends to make your vacation extra special!
Exterior:
The outdoor entertainment area includes a private, heated saltwater pool with kiddie pool, a 6-seat table and 4 bar chairs at the outdoor kitchen area, a kids picnic table, 8 comfortable lounge chairs, and an outdoor shower.
There is enough parking for 6 vehicles, 4 in the driveway and 2 under the house.
Interior:
The main floor of The BummInn boasts 2 comfortable living areas with Smart TVs, cable, fast WIFI, a large, well-equipped kitchen, and a dining area that seats 10 people at a large table and 4 people at the counter. There is access to the covered balcony, just off of the dining/living area with outdoor seating. Down the hall from the kitchen is a bedroom, living area and covered balcony access, overlooking the pool. The rear deck has outdoor seating and a grilling area.
The tastefully decorated bedrooms can sleep 18 comfortably and have all new linens that are included. 5 bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms. All bedrooms have Smart TVs with cable.

Bedroom #2 - 2nd Floor: 2 Queen beds and an ensuite bathroom.
Bedroom #3 - 2nd Floor: King bed and an ensuite bathroom.
Bedroom #4 - 2nd Floor: Queen bed and an ensuite bathroom.
Bedroom #5 - 3rd Floor: 2 Queen beds with bathroom located just outside of the bedroom door.
Bedroom #6 - 3rd Floor: King bed and a large ensuite bathroom, with balcony access.
Baby items include childrens plates, cups, and utensils, a Pack-N-Play, highchair, and baby gate.
Guests will have access to the entire property other than the owners closets, one located next to the front door and a space in the master suite on the 3rdt floor.
Guests can have as much or as little interaction as they prefer with the host.
The BummInn is located in Garden City Beach, across the street from public beach access and less than a mile from the Garden City Pier.
*Rental agreement must be signed after booking is approved. The agreement is hosted on OwnerRez, an external property management program.
*The pool heater is subject to outdoor temperatures.
*No smoking inside of the home. There will be a $500 fee added plus any other additional damages.
* Must be at least 25 years old to rent.

* No chipping in the backyard, you will be held liable for all damaged caused to any property
* There are 2 security cameras in the carport area, for security purposes only. One faces the street and the other towards the rear of the home. Disabling or obstructing the view of the cameras is prohibited. Any tampering may result in eviction without a refund.

From Bus. 17, take Atlantic Ave to stop light. Turn right onto Waccamaw Dr, house is on the right in .5 miles. During a king tide, you may need to use Melody Lane as Atlantic and Cypress Dr could be closed due to flooding.
