Enjoy fabulous views from our 2nd floor Oceanfront condo in Garden City. Nestled within a quaint 4 story complex WITH ELEVATOR. Fully equipped kitchen with coffee maker, toaster, breakfast bar, dishwasher, and microwave.

We do not have a pool, but we have a balcony overlooking the beautiful ocean. So close you can hear the waves. Our 20 unit condominium complex is cozy, quaint and away from the hustle and bustle. When you arrive you can park directly under the building and take the stairs or elevator to our private entrance. We have 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, living room and full kitchen. We have a bar height table and chairs to enjoy meals while on the balcony. You not only can hear the waves crashing, but are privy to a view that is so pretty and perfect, you may not want to leave.

Lynn’s condo is a great place to stay! The unit was very clean and instructions were clear. We really enjoyed the porch - what a view! The beds were all comfortable and everything worked as needed! My only suggestion to renters would be to get the permits on your dashes as soon as possible. Tickets are given and cars are towed quickly in Garden City these days!

Beautiful condo; very clean, beds are comfortable (I was obsessed with the sheets, best sheets I have ever felt haha). Very roomy; huge place for my family of 4 and could have easily accommodated more people or sharing with another family. The proximity to the beach is incredible, the views from the balcony are fantastic, and it was so easy to run back and forth to the condo from the beach as needed, no hassle at all. Highly recommend visiting nearby Brookgreen Gardens for a great place to walk around and see beautiful nature sights and animals. Lynn was a great host and responds immediately to messages. My only word of caution to parents of babies/very young children (because I did not know this about this beach) but there are lots of fireworks shot off at night. Not a huge deal unless you have little ones with early bedtimes, just be sure to bring your white noise machines to block out the worst of it!

Great Ocean Front Condo...Just steps to a beautiful beach! We had a great stay at this beach front condo. It had a plenty of room for my wife and 2 older teenage boys. Very spacious bedrooms (for a condo). The condo was nicely furnished with a well-stocked kitchen for light cooking. Great location....on the ocean. We watched an amazing Easter sunrise from the porch. The exterior is undergoing a major renovation...but that didn’t bother us. It will be really nice when finished. There are lots of activities close by (pier, mini golf, fishing, etc). Lynn was GREAT to work with. Check in was easy...we had a couple minor questions and she was always very quick to respond. We hope to visit again!

Lynn’s condo has a fantastic location, with the balcony overlooking the beach. The beach itself is very walkable, and we enjoyed our daily surf side strolls. Several times we were able to see dolphins right from the balcony! The condo was quite comfortable, and Lynn was a very responsive host. Our recommendation for groceries during Covid is to use the curbside pickup at the Food Lion on Route 17 in Surfside Beach. We were able to order online and pick up groceries the same day.

Balcony is great! Right on the beach with full view of the ocean. Can enjoy the rising and falling tides. The place is inviting and cozy. We enjoyed the decor and it’s not overdone. We felt like we were at home. There were little extra touches that made it special. The kitchen was stocked with some extras. The beach shed was stocked full of toys and beach chairs that were great. We were even able to store our three bikes in it. Communication was great with the owners. Location was good. We could walk to food, entertainment and ice cream!!! It was great to be able to walk straight out of our building onto the beach. We stayed for a total of six weeks and were not ready to leave.

Every morning we woke up to watch the sunrise on our porch that looked right over the beach. We had a great time on the beach every day. The internet was strong enough to work on the beach as well. Having kids, we were able to safely watch them from the beach and let them run upstairs to grab a snack or use the restroom. The kitchen worked for all our needs. The rooms were comfortable and sleep and good rest was had by all. The apartment is recently updated and feels airy and modern! It made the whole stay even more relaxing. Lynn responded to texts when we needed her, but honestly, everything was perfect, so the need was infrequent. We will stay again!

With 3 very involved and busy children, a dog and working full time, my husband and I appreciate the time we get to spend at our beach condo. We have enjoyed several vacation spots over the years and hope to show the same hospitality to our guests that we were shown.

We are approximately 8 miles from Myrtle Beach Airport. You will need a car, or Uber around the area. 10 minute walk down the beach to Garden City Pier.

House Rules
*All garbage must be deposited in the dumpster located by the street.

* Pile used sheets near washer, or on floor at end of stay. Leave comforters on beds, cleaners will switch them out.

*All used dishes must be put in dishwasher and turned on.

*No beach towels or anything else can be hung over deck rails, however, outside door above bench if you want to hang beach things to dry.

*Do not carry any unit furnishings such as bed spreads, blankets, or pillows to the beach

*A parking permit must be exhibited at all times. Please pull forward if in a tandem spot, parking is tight at height of season. You may block yourself in if you have 2 cars, but please do not block someone else in if you do not have permission from that person, you will be towed. There are some streer spots on Sunset across from condo near chain link fence.

*No fireworks allowed by our HOA, however, you will get to enjoy them as people will be setting them off, especially summer weekends

*Guests are allowed to use the charcoal grill on the side of the building, however no gas grills.

*No smoking inside unit
