It’s all about the location! Exquisite view of beach and pool.

"The Beach House Complex" is a step above the others. With expansive composite decking/seating area and huge inground pool for all to enjoy.

Unit 204 was completely remodeled in 2023!!! This is a one of a kind 2 bedroom, 2 bath beach condo tastefully decorated - no cheese here!

All Linens and Towels included.

All Beach necessities included: towels, chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, sand toys, beach blanket, beach bag and cooler!



The living room has a private ocean view balcony with access to the master bedroom as well. You can lay in your king size bed and look at the ocean!

All new comfortable furniture throughout, fireplace and fully equipped kitchen with coffee maker, blender, toaster, electric griddle, crockpot ect...

Bedroom closets have deep shelves and velvet hangers for tons of room for your clothing and accessories.

Luggage can be stored under King Bed (no need to see it when on vacation)

Primary Bathroom equipped w/stall shower, make up mirror and hair dryer.



Laundry Room on ground floor for guest to use.

Unit 204 has an Iron & Board for convenience.

Lovely condo right on the beach with view of ocean from balcony. Very short walk to the sand. Pool is right out the back door. In quieter part of beach south of busy Myrtle Beach. Condo had all the kitchen items needed to cook our meals as we did all our own. Parking was easy and free on-site. Rebecca was proactive in her communications with right amount of details and responsive. I hope we get to stay again!

It was a lovely stay! Everything was how it was described, clean and tidy as well. The pool was great and all the equipment in the closet for the beach was a great plus (less for us to travel with)! The beach was a lot closer than I thought it would be! Definitely will be back!

Rebecca’s listing was great for a quick trip for our daughter’s engagement. Only issues if you’re a light sleeper you can hear people walking in the room above you. Overall no issues. Great location right on beach.

Rebecca condo is perfect for folks seeking a quieter small - scale complex that's well appointed close to the beach and is very family oriented . With great views of the ocean for those with kids who are solid swimmers a bonus is it overlooks the small but functional and pleasant pool. This unit is on the second floor and despite being close to the stairs ( which is a plus as less of a haul from car ) wasn't as loud as though might be . Overall the compound is well though out w/several shower -off spots , maintained and clean with new decking around pool area and walkway to beach Rebecca was very responsive and this condo is well appointed and stocked everything worked and the beach towels/ chairs a lovely bonus . The primary bed was comfy shower pressure/ water good and hot , living room furniture clean and comfortable. The balcony views are delightful ( thou the smaller wicker table/chair set is in need of a re- up ) newer tall balcony chairs cinched our ocean views .
