HipNautic House is a rare gem. Side B of this newly renovated duplex sleeps 6 & sits peacefully on the Salt Marsh with a large private porch, balcony, & boat dock. You will enjoy serenity in a relaxing atmosphere with unparalleled views of the surrounding tidal creek as well as views of the ocean just 1 block away. Quiet seclusion, fishing, crabbing, excellent bird watching, and the ability to launch your kayak(s) right from your yard make HipNautic a true choose-your-adventure dream.Side B of this duplex home has 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths with 2 pullout sofas for additional sleeping. This beautiful marshfront property features a large, partially covered porch/balcony facing the Marsh for amazing sunsets and unparalleled wildlife viewing. An outdoor patio and gas grill make the perfect spot for cookouts and crab boils along the Marsh. A boat dock, kayaks, SUP, life jackets & crabbing gear are all available for guest use, though these special amenities are shared between guests on Sides A and B. When it comes to ocean/beach time, beach access is just steps across the street and easily accessible from the home . No matter what you crave, HipNautic has you covered!

The Master Bedroom has a Queen bed and an attached bathroom. The spare bedroom has a twin/full bunk with a pullout trundle underneath (3 total beds in that room) and a bathroom just outside the door The downstairs reading room is also Marshfront and has a queen-size pullout sofa. It has a door as well so can be kept private (like a bedroom) if that is preferred. The upstairs living room area also has a queen-size pullout sofa. All linens, blankets, pillows, etc are provided as part of your rental.

Watch the sunrise over the ocean each morning, take a leisurely kayak journey along the tidal creeks in the afternoon, feast upon freshly caught fish & blue crab for dinner, then watch the sunsets over the Marsh at night from anywhere on the back side of the home. These are just a few of the many reasons this beautiful home is a favorite among families & groups!

All persons must be registered with Hosts prior to arrival by providing each guest's full name & age. - Maximum of 2 vehicles allowed in the driveway at any time. - You may not block the trash/recycling bins in any way. They must be free from obstruction at all times to enable pickup. - Only recycling material as listed may be placed in the recycling bins - No smoking of ANY substance is permitted ANYWHERE inside the property; Vaping is also prohibited. -Age of person booking must be at least 25 years and must be one of the guests. No one under 18 may stay unless accompanied by a parent/legal guardian; -Booking person must stay in the unit the ENTIRE duration. Third party bookings (booking for someone else) is NOT permitted; - Absolutely no pets of any type; - Children must be supervised at all times. *** FAILURE TO ADHERE TO ANY OF THE ABOVE HOUSE RULES WILL RESULT IN A $350 FINE PER OCCURRENCE PLUS DAMAGES, IF APPLICABLE AND MAY RESULT IN IMMEDIATE EVICTION FROM THE PREMISES WITHOUT REFUND***No smokingNo petsNo parties or eventsCheck-in is anytime after 4:00 PM

Notes

HipNautic House is a duplex home with Side A and Side B being separate rentals. Side A is larger than Side B. There are separate entrances for each side with private porches for each. The boat dock and kayaks are shared between the two sides. If you are interested in renting the whole house, search for "Saltmarsh Serenity" under our profile. Please also note that there are no elevators. The living area begins on the second story. You must climb stairs to enter the home. **MINIMUM STAY DURING PEAK SEASON IS 7 DAYS SATURDAY TO SATURDAY** The minimum age to book this property is 25, and the person booking must be one of the guests staying for the duration of the reservation.
