This 3 bedroom, 2 bath lake-life style home is the perfect family getaway! This pet-friendly private home has a private dock with tiki bar and waterslide. There are also plenty of water toys available for your use including a SUP, kayak, chill raft, and more. Located in popular Workman Hollow Cove on the 8mm, this location will not disappoint!
This home has a great layout with the main floor having an open concept family room, dining room and kitchen. Two bedrooms (King room and 2 twin over full bunks room) and a bathroom are also on the main floor. The lower level hosts a game area, large family room, bedroom (Queen) and full bathroom and laundry room.

Access is by electronic lock. Lock code will be set and given 24 hours prior to arrival.

Guest Agreement Guidelines:
This is a NON smoking home. Smoking is allowed in outdoor areas only, but never on the “Chill Raft”.
Smart TV, internet and Amazon Firestick enabled Televisions.
Daily Housekeeping services are not included with your stay. If you require housekeeping during your stay, there will be an additional fee. Please call Stephanie to arrange for additional housekeeping. The home is equipped with an initial supply of dishwashing and laundry detergents. There is also an initial supply of coffee k-cups for the Keurig style coffee maker. All linens, towels and beach towels are provided.
Septic System
- Do not flush anything besides toilet paper. This home has a septic system. Please use water sparingly, as to not overflow the system. No feminine products should be flushed at any time. If it is found that feminine products have been flushed and clog the septic system, you could be charged damages of up to two hundred dollars ($300).
Trash
- Trash day is Tuesday. The trash cans are blue and lined up with the others at the corner of the property by the well house. Please be sure and keep the can bungeed at all times. The animals will get in it, if not.
Pets
- Up to two Pets are permitted in the home only with prior approval. Pet owners are responsible for cleaning up any/all pet refuse. Pets are not allowed on furniture at any and all times. All pets are to be treated with Advantage or any similar tropical flea and tick repellant at least three (3) days prior to arrival. Fleas and ticks are rampant in this area and can cause harmful/fatal illness to humans and pets. All items above are the sole responsibility of the pet owner. The home owners assume no responsibility for illness or injury that humans or pets may incur while on the premises.
Dock Area
- Please be sure and bungee-up all furniture when not in use. High winds and wake will make furniture disappear quickly!
- Shoes are required on the dock at all time. It is highly recommended to wear shoes for safety reason. The dock gets very hot in the summer months.
- You’re welcome to use the Chill Raft. Please put away properly when not in use.
Parking
- There is plenty of gravel parking along the front of the house for up to 5 vehicles.
DAMAGES:
Guest is liable for any and all damages done to the property and any loss will be at their expense. No fees will be accrued and your deposit will be returned upon checkout as long as the following is met:
No damage is done to the home/property or its contents beyond normal wear and tear.
No charges are incurred due to contraband, pets or collection of rents or services rendered during the stay
All debris, rubbish and discards are placed in trash cans. Dishes placed in the dishwasher and cleaned.
All keys are left on the kitchen table and unit is left locked (further instructions will be given to the tenant individually)
All charges accrued during the stay are paid prior to departure
No linens are lost or damaged
CHECKOUT:
Upon checkout, we ask that you please make sure of the following:
- Double check that all dock furniture is bungeed up tight.
- Place all dirty dishes in the dishwasher and run it.
- Lock all doors and windows.
MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY AND USE:
The premises are to be used only as a private residence for a vacation rental by the guest. The maximum occupancy is 8 persons, including children. The premises shall not be used for any purpose other than a private residence without the prior written consent of the owner. Guests shall observe faithfully and strictly comply with the agreements outlined in this document.
FALSIFIED RESERVATIONS:
Any reservations obtained under false pretenses will be subject to forfeiture of advance payment. Deposit and or rental money and the party will not be permitted to check in.
The home is privately owned: the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By making this reservation it is agreed that all the guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premises.
