The master bedroom has a king bed with an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom, downstairs, has a bunk bed with full size mattresses, a single pull-out leather couch, an ensuite bathroom, and walk-out access to the screened-in porch, martini deck, and dock. The living room has a queen pull-out couch, a loft with a single bed, a full bathroom, an LCD Smart TV with Roku box, a Bluetooth enabled sound bar, and stunning views of the main channel. All mattresses are high quality hybrid memory foam for your comfort and rest. The views of the lake from the large open concept of the main floor are truly spectacular and relaxing.

- Steps right down to the water!
- A screened in porch area with an attached martini deck that overlooks the main channel, providing beautiful views.
- Upper deck with access from both the living room and kitchen.

We leave the booking party to be attuned to the going on of neighbors and respect their quiet times when they shut it down for the evening.
* No smoking in the house or on the property.
* Sorry, no pets. We love pets, but we have guests that choose to stay at Blue Heron Ozark Retreat because it is animal dander free. They count on us keeping it that way. We hope you understand.
* We have security cameras. Full disclosure here, we have installed security cameras on the exterior of the house near the entry ways. This is for the property safety and for our guests safety.
