Covid-19 extra safety precautions:

Between stays our cleaner will be sanitizing the house, paying extra attention to high touch areas (door knobs, keyless entry pad, remote controls, etc). We will also be putting away any dry clean only bedding (comforters, decorative bed pillows, etc) and using machine washable blankets.

Our secluded four bedroom mountain view vacation house in North Conway, New Hampshire, is available year-round. Situated just two miles from the center of North Conway (Kearsarge neighborhood), this home is convenient for all north country activities.

In addition to rent, Airbnb collects 9% lodging tax (required in NH). Our cleaning fee includes all beds made up with sheets, towels for your use, and laundering and house cleaning after your stay. Separately, we collect a $250 refundable damage deposit (used toward damage or pay per view movies).
