Maple View House has 6,000 sq ft, 9 br & 5.5 ba, a 1,500 sq ft game room, pool table, sauna, A/C, jet tub, huge open concept kitchen, 3 fireplaces, 4 living rooms, 4 flat screen TVs, large deck w/grill, patio w/picnic area, fire pit, 1 acre level yard. Between stays our cleaner will be sanitizing the house, paying extra attention to high touch areas (door knobs, keyless entry pad, remote controls, etc).

Although Airbnb lists 16 guests, we can sleep 18 in beds, plus two on the game room sofa bed, one on a futon and a baby in a crib.

Our family of 19 had plenty of space. We had 8 children and they had plenty of space to play. The older ones were able to find a book and spend some quiet time reading. The kitchen was very large and gave us plenty of room to cook and enjoy our meals. The house was clean and Katie was very responsive. I highly recommend staying here, we will be back.

My family and I rented the Maple House for our Christmas dinner. Upon walking in we were ecstatic! Running through the house and finding all the rooms was like a scavenger hunt ha! The kitchen/ living room is where we spend the most time together, it's such a perfect room for family time. The game room was a HUGE hit and definitely helped with the cold weather outside. All the different tv rooms was great on football Sunday as well! We will definitely be coming back in the summer, this is the best house my family and I have rented for a family event like this. Katie was incredibly helpful and attentive. We had a total of 14 for dinner and the house fit us with no problem. Thank you so much Katie!

the house is awesome. plenty of beds and space. fully stocked kitchen. large backyard with fire pit, fire wood, and grill. the basement has so many games and a sauna and was a ton of fun. it is also in a great location close to the center of town. would love to stay here again :)

The house looks smaller than advertised from the outside, but once inside it just keeps going and going and going. Every door seemed to have a bedroom or bathroom behind it, making this the ideal space to host a large group. The basement game-room is spacious, and the backyard has plenty of room for outdoor activities.

We stayed at Katie's house with 4 generations of family to have a celebration of life for my dad who recently passed. The celebration was off site, but the house was just a perfect place to stay for our family. Katie keeps the it very clean and well stocked. There was everything we needed in the kitchen for a large group. The kitchen has a huge island and is all open to the sitting room and deck. This is a wonderful space for gathering. There are many nooks and carneys with seating for anyone who needs to escape the crowd. We also loved the game room downstairs. It was hard to decide if we wanted to spend time in the game room or the very nice back yard and deck. We would definitely stay here again.

My family of 13 had an amazing few days at Katie’s house. There was an issue from the previous renter but Katie was super quick with communication and got everything settled real fast. Great location, close to everything (although I think we could’ve just stayed at the house and had just as much fun!). We will definitely be returning in the future!

House Rules
Our home is in a quiet neighborhood with noise restrictions. If you anticipate late nights or loud guests our home is not a good fit for your group. Fireworks are strictly prohibited in North Conway.

Per town regulations, we allow up to 9 vehicles in our driveway at any time. Parking on the grass or shoulder (street parking) is strictly prohibited.

CLEANING: Our cleaning fee of $425 includes housecleaning, beds made up with sheets prior to your arrival and laundering of all sheets & towels after your stay.

In addition to rent, we collects an 7.5% lodging tax (required in NH). Separately, we collect a $600 refundable deposit (used toward pay per view movies, local tickets, extras, etc).

You are welcome to order pay per view. We deduct any charges + taxes from your deposit. We do require a picture ID (license or passport, you are welcome to black out your #) and a rental agreement, which we will email after you book.

Fire pit: If you plan to use our fire pit, you are required by law to obtain a burn permit. No smoking, No pets ,No parties or events. Check-in is anytime after 4:00 PM
