Maple View House: 9 br, 5.5 ba, game room, sauna - North Conway

Our home is in a quiet neighborhood with noise restrictions. If you anticipate late nights or loud guests our home is not a good fit for your group. Fireworks are strictly prohibited in North Conway.

Per town regulations, we allow up to 9 vehicles in our driveway at any time. Parking on the grass or shoulder (street parking) is strictly prohibited.

CLEANING: Our cleaning fee of $425 includes housecleaning, beds made up with sheets prior to your arrival and laundering of all sheets & towels after your stay.

In addition to rent, we collects an 7.5% lodging tax (required in NH). Separately, we collect a $600 refundable deposit (used toward pay per view movies, local tickets, extras, etc).

You are welcome to order pay per view. We deduct any charges + taxes from your deposit. We do require a picture ID (license or passport, you are welcome to black out your #) and a rental agreement, which we will email after you book.

Fire pit: If you plan to use our fire pit, you are required by law to obtain a burn permit. No smoking, No pets ,No parties or events. Check-in is anytime after 4:00 PM
