Pine Brook Lodge is walking distance to Mount Cranmore and downtown North Conway. We have 9 bedrooms (2 are masters), 5 full baths, game room with pool table, foosball, air hockey and darts, wet bar, sauna, 3 flat screen TVs, gas grill, deck & yard.
Between stays our cleaner will be sanitizing the house, paying extra attention to high touch areas (door knobs, keyless entry pad, remote controls, etc). For your safety we have also removed bulky bedding that cannot be washed after each stay (comforters, shams, decorative bed pillows, etc.). Bed are instead made up with just sheets, pillows, and machine washable blankets.

Although our listing show sleeps 16, this is a limitation of the Airbnb website. Our house actually sleeps 18 in beds, plus one baby in a crib.

Pine Brook Lodge has plenty to do in the house even if you get bad weather. We have pool, air hockey, foosball, darts & games, as well as 3 TVs, DVR, 2 fireplaces, sauna, grill, covered back deck, and more.

This was the perfect spot for our weekend getaway. The house is perfect. Has everything you need and more. The game room was a complete hit. The games were all being used at the same time for almost the entire time. I can’t say enough about this rental and the host. The host is almost the best thing about it. Very responsive and personable. Very accommodating. You just can’t go wrong here. I highly recommended it.

Great house with plenty of bedrooms. Dual dining tables really helped meal times to work out for our large group. The basement was an oasis with a pool table, foozball table and air hockey. And the sauna! You can see Cranmore from the front of the street, but not so close that the area is crowded. Host was extremely communicative, and thoughtful. Had the house ready to go early and in immaculate condition. Can’t wait to stay again! Thank you!!!

Pine Brook is a great house for large groups and kids. Theres plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms which makes it great when traveling with multiple families. There’s plenty of space to spread around and the basement is an awesome space for the kids and adults alike! Location is also very convenient in a quite area within walking distance to Cranmore and 15 min drive to Attitash. Katie is an incredibly responsive host. She’s there for all questions related to the house and area. She’s a very pleasant person to work with.

You will need a car to get around the area. Storyland is an 8 minute drive, Attitash (and several other ski areas) are a short drive, as are the tax free outlet stores. Downtown North Conway is only a 1/2 mile walk.

House Rules
Our home is in a quiet neighborhood with noise restrictions. If you anticipate late nights or loud guests our home is not a good fit for your group. Fireworks and outdoor fires / fire pits are strictly prohibited.

CLEANING: Our cleaning fee of $380 includes housecleaning, beds made up with sheets prior to your arrival and laundering of all sheets & towels after your stay.

In addition to rent, we collect a 8.5% lodging tax (required in NH). Separately, we collect a $500 refundable deposit (used toward pay per view movies, local tickets, extras, etc). Payment is due 30 days before your arrival date.

You are welcome to order pay per view. We deduct any charges + taxes from your deposit. We do require a picture ID (license or passport, you are welcome to black out your #) and a rental agreement, which we will email after you book.No smoking, No pets, No parties or events. Check-in is anytime after 4:00 PM
