The Rules apply to all Guests and visitors.
a. Conduct yourself at all times in a lawful, courteous, and reasonable manner.
b. No smoking/vaping, parties, or events (unless parties/events requested and approved by the host, note that an additional fee will be assessed. Additionally, grilling is allowed only outside the house, with the grill at least 6ft away from the house structure and fences.
c. Community quiet hours are from 10:00PM – 8:00AM.
d. In the case of an emergency call 911.
e. Direct any questions about your stay and maintenance concerns to your Host.
f. If you have any booking issues, please contact your Host or Airbnb.
g. The number of Guests per room may not exceed 4
h. No animals of any kind are permitted, including service animals
i. Bag, tie, and place trash in indoor trash can or the dumpster/trash chutes.
j. Parking: respect tandem (front to back) parking with other guests

***Lost keys /remotes are fined $115 if lost and needing to reaccess the unit between 10-5pm Monday to Saturday. Otherwise the fine is $200 on Sunday or if need re-access between 6pm to 9:59am the next day Monday to Saturday.

These rules are required for building management. Violating these may result in the termination of your stay without refund.

We could be accommodating of other factors you may want for your stay, just send an inquiry note to ask about things such as PRICING / having specific DAYS open on the calendar / etc, as well as the following:

(1) Having specific FOOD readily available to you upon your arrival or specific days

(2) BODY Care products if you’d like to arrange for specific brands/items to be ready for you

(3) EARLY CHECK IN
11:30am-1pm: Fee of $89
1-3pm: Fee of $65
LATE CHECK IN (after 10pm): $85

(4) LATE CHECKOUT, note this needs to be paid/indicated upon checkin or day before checkout :
- if you want to extend your checkout time further than 10am there would be a fee
- $65 up to 11am
- $150 until 12pm
- $300 if until 1pm,
- after that would be a $100 plus the daily rate day cost as the daily checkin preparation starts at 1:30pm, and it could delay upcoming guest arrivals
