Updated master bedroom, front bedroom, and dining furniture.3 bedroom 1 1/2 bath, nice yard to sit outside and enjoy the evening stars. Area setup in Den with desk lamp & chair WiFi for work guest. Also a Futon bed area. With a privacy screen for your convenience. No eating in any of the rooms but dining area.

The home is close to downtown Ft Worth for Medical or Internship in our Hospital District 10-15 min away, the Tarrant County Convention center also for training business conventions. Billy Bobs, Sundance Square, Montgomery Plaza and the Magnolia area and stock yards. Arlington is close by for Rangers games and ATT stadium also. So many sites close by. Parks, museums and the zoo. Dallas is approximately 30-45 min away

Full Kitchen for cooking, dishwasher, washer and drier for your use while staying. Coffee bar area

Plenty of linens and items for breakfast coffee, tea creamers and breakfast bars

There is security cameras on the outside of the house. The security cams on outside of the home allows me to view them on the display, cameras and ring door bell will record video and audio when activated by motion.

The house is not equipped for children NO children or infants allowed at any time. Only the guest on the booking are allowed in the home. No pets or animals at anytime.


NO Parties of any types or Large groups. No drugs or smoking of any type allowed. You will be asked to leave with no refund if you have a party or large group in the home.

A deposit is required for your long term stay. This home is set up for work at home or a internship or Medical facility worker.

Your ID will be required also with a signed lease agreement.
