Nice apartment that’s about 20 mins away from everything. Kitchen had microwave and stove plus a coffee maker (coffee included but no real sugar just the “fake”) TV in living room and bedroom. The directions to get there were spot on and it was easy to find.

Wonderful stay and perfect midpoint from FW and Dallas as long as you are mindful of high traffic times. I love that the neighborhood was gated and locked at night. The space itself is absolutely homey and was perfect for the two of us, would recommend this place to anyone!

Raul is a very responsive host who aims to please and clearly loves Jesus (based on the decor in the house) which we loved. The master bed was comfortable. The pull-out couch was not, but then again, they rarely are. While I was initially disappointed with the neighborhood when I arrived (my kids asked if we were in the hood) and the apartment was much smaller than I anticipated, it was clean and proved to be a quiet and safe location. Nice decor. My biggest issue was with the plug-in air fresheners. Upon entering, we were hit with the scents of air fresheners coming from nearly every socket. It was overwhelming for us. Maybe some people like the air fresheners, so I'm not sure if it's fair to complain, but my daughter, who has asthma, really struggled. Also made us wonder if they were there to cover another, worse, odor. The water pressure in the shower wasn't great. But given how affordable it was, it was probably a decent deal.

Staying at Raul’s Airbnb was an absolute delight! From the moment we arrived Raul had very detailed instructions and greeted us with warmth and hospitality. The apartment was not only clean but very organized and nicely decorated which made us feel comfortable and right at home. The location was great, allowing us to easily explore the surrounding Fort Worth areas. Our host was incredibly accommodating and made sure to check in on us to see how our stay was, which was greatly appreciated. Overall, our experience exceeded our expectations, and we can't wait to return! Highly recommend Raul’s place to anyone looking for a memorable airbnb experience. Thank you again!

Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in. If booked fewer than 30 days before check-in, full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in. After that, 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in. No refund after that.
