We're happy to offer 'The Caroline' as a dog-friendly rental! • You must select and pay the pet fee when booking. • We’re a dog friendly rental - no other type of pet will be considered. • Dog(s) must be pre-approved by host, including the disclosure of service animals. • We will only accept TWO dogs at the house per reservation. • All dogs must be up to date on flea/tick medications as well as vaccinations (proof may be required). • Dogs must be house broken, well mannered, and non-aggressive • Dogs must be leashed at all times when outside the house • Owners must pick up after their pet. • While left unattended in the house, dogs must be crated. Crates not provided. • Crates must be stored on the crate mat provided and may not be in bedrooms. • Dogs are not allowed on the beds. Both bedrooms have Queen size, gel-memory foam mattress with high quality bedding. Lamps with USB ports so no more searching for a plug to charge all the electronics.

The kitchen boasts a full size refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee maker, toaster along with cookware.

The bathroom has a stand up shower stocked with shampoo, conditioner and soap. Fresh towels for every guest and specialty make up towels for makeup removal.

Hi, I’m Melissa, though most know me as Missy! My husband Richard and I live and work here in Auburn, where we’re raising our sweet ten-year-old daughter, Caroline. As a family, we love to travel—our favorite adventure last year was exploring the beauty of Montana.

Richard is an avid outdoorsman, while I enjoy the thrill of thrifting and run an antique booth in the charming town of Andalusia, Alabama (Picket Fence Antiques—be sure to stop by if you're ever heading to the beach!). Caroline is our little bookworm, always spending time with friends, and she’s been loving her baton lessons.

Oh, and we can’t forget our golden retriever, Lemon, who keeps us all on our toes with her adorable antics!

Before you leave.... • Gather used towels and leave them on bathroom floor • Leave linens on beds • Place all bagged trash in the blue receptacle on side of house • Turn off all lights • Lock the door behind you

Payment Policy

Upon booking an initial payment of 25% of the booking cost is due. Then the remainder is due 14 days before check in.

Cancellation Policy

This property carries a FIRM Cancellation Policy.

To receive a full refund, guests must cancel at least 30 days before check-in.*

Cancellation between 7 and 30 days before check-in, guest will be refunded 50% for all nights.*

Cancellation less than 7 days before check-in, no refund will be given.*

*Should the Host rebook the property at the same rate a full refund, less a $50 service fee, will be refunded to guest.

Cleaning fees will be refunded if guest cancels before check-in.
