Living and dining area features a new sectional sofa with ottoman, a large TV with Roku (feel free to log in to your own streaming subscriptions), and a dining table that seats 4.

Our condo features 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Each bedroom provides new, comfortable queen mattresses, clean linens, and a choice of pillow options. Bathrooms provide a shower-tub combination and fresh towels and washcloths.

Our full-sized kitchen provides you the option to cook a meal on our glass-top range, use of our microwave oven, dishwasher, and refrigerator with an ice maker. Is coffee important to start your day? We provide a coffee maker and a starter supply of coffee grounds and sweetener. If you have the need to wash some laundry, we provide a starter supply of detergent for our washer and dryer, conveniently located next to the kitchen.

Reserved parking spaces are just a few steps from our unit. We provide one (1) Parking Permit/Hangtag for your use during your stay.

Silver Properties-Auburn is how we share our condo home with the Auburn Family when they visit. Randy, Keri, and Chad are your hosts. Our family connections to Auburn University run deep.

We have taken notes from our own travels and incorporated them into making your stay as comfortable as possible, without being intrusive. Combining our own talents and skills, we have created a space that we would enjoy ourselves and think you will enjoy it too.

Policies and Rules

Check In: 3PM - Flexible

You will receive a unique access code that will operate our keyless deadbolt lock. Upon arrival, make sure to place the Parking Permit/Hangtag (found on the entertainment cabinet) on the rearview mirror of your car.

Check Out: 11AM

No pets

Pets of any kind are NOT allowed anywhere in the condominium complex.

Minimum age limit for renters: 25

Minimum age of 25 must be documented with copy of valid photo ID matching the name and address that listed on the reservation.

Maximum occupancy: 5

If you exceed maximum number of guests, your reservation can be cancelled with no refund.

House Rules

Please don’t hesitate to contact us about our House Rules and Rental Agreement.

We cannot allow third party rentals. That simply means that you, the one named on the reservation, will be present during the dates you have reserved.

We are unable to allow pets of any kind. It is prohibited by our complex and is enforced with hefty daily fines.

Our condo is not an event facility. It is meant for hosting you while you visit Auburn, providing you a place to stay. Our professional cleaning crew has made specific requests that glitter and confetti not be allowed and will have to charge an increased fee to clean our unit if they find glitter or confetti.

Please don’t move our furniture, appliances, fixtures, or decor.

Please don’t flush anything except toilet paper. Specifically, don’t flush any feminine hygiene items of any type, plastics of any type, “flushable” wipes, food, etc. We don’t want to disturb your stay with a visit from a plumber. If this becomes necessary due to negligence on your part or the part of your fellow guests, you will be responsible for the plumber service call fees and repairs.

Quiet hours are 10:00pm - 9:00am Sunday-Thursday & 12:00am-9:00am Friday-Saturday.

Any damages, additional cleaning fees, repairs required as a result of your (and your guests’) activities during your reservation are your responsibility and will be deducted from your Security Damage Deposit/Damage Protection Policy,

Please don’t disconnect any electrical cords or cables. Please don’t tamper with any appliance, electronics, or internet device. The smart lock that provides you access to our unit depends on an active internet connection, as does the HVAC, security system/monitoring, and TV streaming services. Any cost incurred to restore electrical or internet service will be your responsibility and will be deducted from your Security Damage Deposit/Damage Protection Policy.

Owner's Closets - There are 3 closet doors that are for the exclusive use of our cleaning, maintenance, and owner. Please do not access these at any time.

“OOPS! I forgot my ____” If you happen to forget a small personal item and can provide identification of it, we will gladly return it to the address on your reservation for a $30 fee plus shipping/handling. Items left unclaimed longer than 7 days will be deemed abandoned and disposed of without payment or refund.

Payment Policy

Payment in full is due within 48 hours of your reservation request.

We prefer to take payment via methods that reduce our costs. Each time we accept a credit card, we incur an expense of 3.5% of your total payment.

If you use Venmo, please make sure your payment does not deduct a fee from our payment by using a linked debit card, bank account, or your Venmo balance. You can make payment via Venmo @keri-carroll-4

If your credit card (or other payment method) does NOT offer trip interruption insurance, I highly recommend you purchase it at the time of your booking. You may do this by visiting www.insuremytrip.com or www.travelguard.com, as it is NOT included in your reservation fees.

With all our reservations, you will receive an email confirmation/receipt and are subject to the cancellation policies as described here.

Cancellation Policy

If your Arrival Date is more than 30 days from your booking date, you may cancel your reservation, for no charge (less any service charges resulting from your selected payment method and/or Travel Insurance, Damage Protection Insurance.)*

If your Arrival Date is LESS than 30 days and MORE than 14 days from your booking date, you may cancel your reservation and receive a refund of 50% of your fees (less any service charges resulting from your selected payment method and/or Travel Insurance, Damage Protection Insurance.)*

If your Arrival Date is LESS than 14 days from your booking date, we are not able to refund any of your reservation fees for a cancellation (less any service charges resulting from your selected payment method and/or Travel Insurance, Damage Protection Insurance.)*

*Extenuating Circumstances: At our discretion, we will consider any extenuating circumstances that cause your need to cancel your reservation and how it may affect the eligibility to a refund.

*All cancellation refunds are subject to a processing fee equal to the payment processing fees AND Damage Protection Policy fee incurred by Silver Properties - Auburn at the time of your payment.
