House Rules

HOUSE RULES: Smoking is not allowed in the home. Pets are not allowed. (a pet fee of $250 WILL be charged if pet rule is broken). Parties/events are not allowed. Please adhere to the quiet hours from 9:00 pm to 8:00 am. It is a family neighborhood and we want to be respectful of our neighbors. The $150 "cleaning" fee is a turn around/sanitation fee - we ask that you leave the home tidy and in the condition you found it. (if excessive cleaning is required, a $500 extra cleaning fee will be charged) . All trash should be place in the outside trash can that is on the right of the house (when facing the home).
