Located 3 miles to Surf City. This cozy retreat offers ample space, perfect for families or groups of friends seeking a coastal getaway.

Step inside and be greeted by a bright and airy living room, complete with comfortable furnishings and a relaxing environment.

Outside, a private patio awaits, for grilling and the backyard provides an outdoor shower to wash off after the beach.

Bed 1 (Master) has a queen bed and full bathroom attached with a dresser, side table and closet space.

Bed 2 (Guest) has a twin bed with side table and closet space.

Bed 3 (kids) has a bunk bed with twin on the top and full size futon mattress on the bottom. Has a tv and closet space.

Living room has a 10 foot long comfy couch, large coffee table for card/board games, 60 inch tv, and room for activities. There is a folding table that can be setup to make a work space in the living room as well.

Dining Room has a six person table with six chairs perfect for a nice dinner or drinking and telling lies.

Kitchen is large and open with amenities for cooking, hosting and hanging out with a drink....or two.

Both bathrooms have tub/shower, toilet w/bidet, and sink of course. Towels, TP, and body wash are provided (towels are to stay at the property)

Front porch has chairs for relaxing as well as the back porch. Back porch also has a grill and down the stairs on the left side of the out building is an outdoor shower.

Getting around

Depending on the type of vehicle the driveway can potentially fit 6. You can get around by car and the neighborhood is bikeable. There is a sidewalk at the round-a-bout when you take the "back way" (if youre facing the street on the front porch go right) towards the beach that will allow you access food and drinks on this side of the bridge to Surf City including Salty Turtle Beer Company, Sundial Coffee and Tea, and Coastal Wings and Spirits, etc. You can also bike over the bridge to many more amenities on the beach side.
