"Shark Tooth Haven" in Surf City is an amazing place to get away for an amazing beach trip getaway!

Enjoy the ocean breeze on the deck or patio and the sunset on the screened in porch! Only about 100 safe steps to the beach access.

This oceanside retreat is ideal for multi-family vacations or group gatherings. 5 couples OR 4-5 couples and 4-6 kids can comfortably share this space.

There is ample parking spaces between the two driveways. Washer/Dryer on each floor. All linens are provided with at least 1 bath towel per registered guest.

You are renting upstairs and downstairs together, but you can shut the door at the stairs and keep each floor completely separated.

This is one full side of a DUPLEX ; however there is no connected decks or driveways with the home next door, we have a very private single family home feel!

2 Driveways (perfect if you are bringing a boat!)

-The Driveway most convenient to Upstairs(Main Level) is the driveway off of S. Shore Dr. (the beach road - S. Shore)

- The Driveway most convenient to the First Floor is the driveway off of S. Topsail. (the main road - S. Topsail)

Between both driveways there is space for 6-7 cars.
