Pet-friendly, comfortable, and thoughtfully stocked with everything you need for a beach holiday - including linens, bath and beach towels, two-person kayak, boogie boards, stand up paddle boards, coolers, beach toys, chairs and umbrellas – Wonder the Sea features 3 bedrooms with memory foam beds (in all but the top bunk) and 2.5 bathrooms, with a fully stocked kitchen, outdoor shower, propane grill (propane included!), hot tub, Bluetooth speaker, Wifi, Smart TV, indoor electric fireplace plus outdoor gas firepit, and games! Both the main living area and bedroom floors feature beautiful intracoastal views where you can sip your favorite beverage while watching the boats and birds cruise by.

Wonder the Sea is a two-minute walk from the beach and a 15-minute walk (or two-minute drive) to Soundside Park for launching our kayak or stand-up paddle boards (use of these items is included), and where most of the island’s frequent events happen so you can enjoy a night out without worrying about driving home! We are also a one-minute walk from Kenneth D. Batts Family Park where you can fish, walk along the pier for an unforgettable sunset over the intracoastal or use the picnic tables, basketball court, and playground equipment.

Check in using the keypad. Check out is promptly at 10 to allow our housekeeper enough time to prepare the house for the next guests unless agreed upon in advance.

Minimum age limit for renters: 25
Guest represents and warrants that Guest is at least 25 years old and that Guest will occupy the Premises during the Term of the tenancy created hereunder.
Maximum occupancy: 7
Guests must have prior permission from the host for more than 9 guests or two pets.
House Rules

• No smoking in the house please. Smoking is allowed outside, but please use the ashtrays.
• Please do not park on the grass.
• Please leave the house as you found it (dishwasher run, garbage taken out etc.)
• Please clean up after your pets. Bags are provided outside in the white container hanging on the piling near the large swing gate to the yard).
• Keep the hot tub cover closed and front clips latched when not in use (there is no need to unhook the rear latches when using the cover lift). Failure to keep the cover closed when not in use can result in water level loss or PH/chemical levels to change, causing skin irritation!
• If you use the gas grill, after use/cool down please put the cover back on. At the end of your stay or if it is very windy, please re-strap it to the railing since it can tip over with high winds.
• No parties please
• At the end of your stay please put all garbage in the provided bins outside. On Sunday please put the garbage and recycling on the curb.
• More than two pets require pre-approval from the host

Refundable security deposits are returned within 14 days of check out if there are no damages to the home including:
Cancellation Policy

Full refund for cancellations up to 45 days prior to check-in. After that, 80% refund of total reservation amount up to 30 days prior to check-in. No refund for cancellations made less than 30 days prior to check-in.

For long term stays of 30+ days full refund for cancellations up to 60 days prior to check-in.

The Homeowner may also be entitled to cancel the Guest's stay if house rules are broken during rental period, including bringing pets and/or additional guests not represented in the booking; no refund will be given.
