Newly renovated condo is located just across the street from St. Pete Beach and 1.7 miles from Isla del Sol Beach. This 1-bedroom 1-bath features TVs, cable and Wi-Fi, fully equipped kitchen with full size appliances including a dishwasher and oven. Towels and bed linen are also provided. The unit is fully furnished with adjustable queen bed and queen size sleep sofa. Beach gear for 4 includes chairs, towels, floats and coolers for the fun days on the beach. For added privacy, the accommodation features a private entrance. This condo located on second floor provides free private parking and private check-in and check-out. Public Transportation-Pick-up / drop-off just steps away from condo. Full Service has now been expanded to the whole city! Pick-up and drop-off locations can be anywhere from Pass-a-Grille to the Blind Pass bridge. Freebee is a free, door-to-door, on-demand transportation service. Free BEACH RIDE is FREE service and drivers work for TIPS only. Serving Madeira Beach, Treasure Island, St Pete Beach and Pass-a-Grille, Florida.

We are flexible with check in times if vacancy allows. Within 24 hours of check in you will receive secure personal entry code to condo unit valid for duration of your stay.

Payment Policy

50% deposit of rental required to secure reservation. If booking within 30 days of arrival full payment required.
Remaining balance due 30 days prior to check in to include security/damage deposit and cleaning fee's. Optional cleaning available for additional fee.

Refundable Damage Deposit

Security deposits returned in full within 7 days of check out.

Cancellation Policy

Full refund provided if cancellation 60 days prior to check in. 50% refund after the initial period days prior to check in date.
