It’s a cute place. If you’re a little on the large side, not the most spacious. But if you’re young and fit it’ll be great. Host is very nice.

Lisa's units are in a wonderful small Florida beach community which was exactly what I was looking for. I lived in several communities in Florida from the 60s through the 80s, from Daytona Beach Shores to the intercoastal in Lake Worth to Key Largo. I needed to be in the area for just a couple of days but went out of the way to stay within 100 yards of the Gulf on one side and deep water canals that lead to Tampa Bay. This was a great find!

Sea Spray is a sweet and charming, picture perfect Florida beach house in a quiet neighborhood only a few hundred feet from the beach. The space while small, has everything you need and has nice homey touches that keep it from feeling like a sterile beach rental. The bed was notably comfortable with and extra foam topper. Lisa provided great instructions which made a night-time arrival and self checkin extremely easy. We highly recommend this precious getaway on Pass-A-Grille away from the all the crowds, hotels and bars on Treasure Island Beach.

Great location right next to the beach, but any more than 3 or maybe even 2 people and it can become a bit crowded. The wall is shared and is connected to another home, so you’ll have to live around a few neighbors as well. However, only a few steps from the beach and a very clean and tidy place.

Response:This is a small quiet community so the neighbors were concerned when Sergio arrived with bucketfulls of beer and 3 other guys. Once notified I immedately called him to communicate the issue as I do not allow parties or evens. Additionally as soon as he booked I communicated to Sergio it was very small for 4 people and that I had concerns. He said "Yes it will be fine for us 4, we aren’t too particular about space, and we are all taking just one car together" This house is best for 2 but for a small family on a budget It can sleep 4 I just dont recommend it - however this way a small family could get a nice beach week away without paying over the top prices and if I limit the number of people here then that family will never have the opportunity. This house is not meant for a group of 4 guys to come and have a beach weekend with any parties events or gatherings.

The location was wonderful! Very close to the beach and so many local restaurants and bars. It was raining the first day and Lisa sent over some suggestions on what to do on a rainy day. We visited an escapee room that was about 15 minuets away and had a great time. We ended up at the underpass bar which is very close to the home and had a great time! The home is very clean accomited 4 people nicely! Can’t wait to return!

Lisa is very willing to work with you and she really wants her renters to enjoy themselves. The place is very, very small and the bed is not very comfortable. The Pass-A-Grille area is beautiful and was not at all crowded during my stay!

We had a great time. This cozy little space was perfect for my husband and one year old. The house was tidy and Lisa provides just about everything you could need. We enjoyed our time on the beautiful beach, that is only a short walk away.

I am a mom to a pretty amazing teenager and for fun we love to travel, see new sights, and exercise. I have completed 8 Ironman races. We have one dog (poodle) and two kittys and we try to live simply by enjoying all the wonderful activities in our area. However, I love my childhood home & area and I am thrilled to share it with you!
