The house accommodations are ideal up to 3 or 4 occupants with a pullout queen sofa bed.

You have one normal sized off street parking spot- best if its not a super-large truck like F250 etc with dual tires.. parking space is about 10 feet long and 8 feet wide.

Palm trees abound on this property with your a patio area, grill and outside shower for your use! This is a relaxing place to enjoy the shade of a palm and tons of peace of mind in a restful setting complete with soothing sunsets, shells and birds galore! Patio porch is equipped with a BBQ & sitting area.

Awesome restaurants are just a few walking blocks away and Shaners (voted best on the beaches for years!) gourmet deli with freshly caught fish, marinated meat, steaks, rubs for fish, poultry and veggies! It is the perfect place for groceries and its only blocks away- great for BBQ items or a quick snack.
The bedroom features a queen bed with plenty of drawer space and in the living-room the couch is a very comfortable sleeper Queen.

Pass-a-Grille (the southern tip of St Pete Beach) has a quaint downtown and brightly colored cottages are reminiscent of artists colonies. Today, its galleries, restaurants draw Floridians and visitors from all over the world. Safe, clean, quaint laid back from way back very cute 1920s turning modern historic beach town. Pass-a-Grille still maintains the pleasant laid-back feel of the beach communities developed in the early 1900s. Strict zoning has avoided the intrusion of the highrise beach condos that plague many beach communities

Considered the sunset capital of Florida and listed as one of the Top Beaches in the World Pass-a-Grille/ St Pete Beach has typically flat water, white sand and shells backed by waving dunes of sea oats and palm trees. The neighborhood has colorful cottages most built in the 1920s on an island only 5 house wide. There are 10 restaurants in walking distance and the house comes with two beach cruiser bikes so cars are not needed. The gradual drop-off of the firm sand into the low waves makes for nice swimming for kids and miles of excellent walking or jogging at sunrise or sunset. Sunset sails, horseback riding on the beach, boat & wave runner rentals or fishing and golf are all close by- just ask me if you are interested in something locally! No Parties only for individuals looking for a relaxing quiet get a way with or without just one car.
