Welcome to our family-friendly townhouse. This bright south-facing 2-bd, 2-ba 1,000+ sq ft TH sleeps 6 comfortably and comes equipped with gas fireplace, fully equipped kitchen, in-suite W/D and a large, year-round heated pool + hot tub available for guests.
Located across the street from Whistler Village North, enjoy the convenience of a grocery store, liquor store + restaurants. The gondola is only a 12 minute walk-or you can use the FREE 5-minute shuttle that stops just across the street.Our unit is a self-contained condo with its own entrance and no common areas to worry about. The townhouse is located on the 2 and 3 level of the building and is accessible only by stairs in an open stairwell.
Spread out across two levels, the south-facing townhouse has beautiful natural light and views of the ski hill. The bedrooms are located upstairs, away from the living room and kitchen, which is great for those who want to sleep in or hit the hay early.

We have an underground parking garage that guests can use (max height 6'8") with one designated spot and space for guest parking available on a first-come first-serve basis. Parking is free but is accessed with a FOB.
There is a FREE shuttle bus that stops just across the street taking guests to the base of the gondola in under 5 minutes.

We want you to feel at home in our place, but do ask that all guests follow and respect our guide on how to be a cool/dude/gal/person while staying at our family home-away-from-home:
-- The person booking (Primary Guest) is required to stay for the whole duration of the booking. We cannot accept third party bookings.
-- Primary renter must be 25 years of age.
-- All guests must be registered. Non-registered guests may not stay overnight in the property. Any visitors in the property are the sole responsibility of the Primary Guest.
-- Maximum occupancy for guests is 6.
-- This is a family complex and quiet hours are from 10 pm - 8 am.
-- No parties or illegal activity or else you will be asked to leave immediately, with no refund for remaining stay.
-- Any complaints received by security will be subject to a $250 fine.
-- NorthStar is a smoke free complex. No smoking of anything in the unit, on the patio, or on the complex premises - $500 cleaning fee if caught, plus any fines incurred from the Strata Management Company. (We had a large fire in one of the buildings a couple of years ago that resulted in the building burning and receiving substantial damage that required two years of renovations; thankfully no lives were lost).
-- Pool/Hot Tub Hours 10 am-10 pm.
-- No glass in the pool and hottub area…no one wants to be the person who gets the hot tub shut down to drain or worse - cut from the glass.
-- Please don’t take the white towels to the pool or beach - pool/beach towels have been provided for your use.
-- This one sounds silly but please don’t apply spray sunscreen while in the unit. Please apply at the pool or outside if you spray, as the overspray leaves a mess on the decking, windows, walls, floors and carpet. Overspray will result in additional cleaning fees for the necessary excessive cleaning (we are speaking from experience...a bad experience!)
-- Do not store garbage or recycling on the patio or in the stairwell as it attracts animals (yes even bears have been known to climb to second floor balconies!)
-- No bikes to be stored in the unit or patio, there are four (4) bike cages located in the parking garage. You will need to provide your own lock. Bikes may also not be locked to any location on the common area premises and will be removed by the Strata Corporation.
-- Our pipes are sensitive - nothing but toilet paper should go in the toilet; there's a garbage can for everything else located in each bathroom.
-- Owner reserves the right to enter the property with 24 hours written notice, or for emergency purposes.
-- Pets are NOT allowed due to allergies of owners.
-- No propane fire pits or open flames on patios, as per strata bylaw.
-- Unfortunately we cannot accommodate early check-ins and late check-outs due to cleaning restraints from our cleaners. Check-in time is 4:00 PM and check-out time is 10 AM.
-- Parking: There is one (1) parking spot included in this parking reservation, with a max height of 6’8”. Parking on the road and roundabout is not permitted. Any illegally parked cars are subject to towing; applicable fines/towing fees are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner. Additional parking is available, but on a first come first serve basis and not guaranteed.
-- Please help save our carpets and remove your shoes once inside the townhouse.
-- Housekeeping: There is no housekeeping service for stays under 30 days. If you wish to arrange housekeeping (at your expense), we can arrange with our cleaner.
-- Damage to linens will be charged to guest at replacement cost.
-- All furniture must be returned to its original location on Guest's departure or an additional fee of $60/hour will be charged to Guest to have our cleaners move it back.
-- Guests will be charged for any missing items reasonably attributable to Guests and not returned after notification. The cleaning service performs an inventory/survey of the property after Guests depart and notifies the Homeowner of any missing items. Homeowner will notify guests in the event that items were inadvertently taken, and provide guests the opportunity to return the missing items.
-- Guest understands that any personal property of and used by Guest is not insured by Homeowner and Homeowner shall not be responsible for any lost, stolen or missing property during the stay, or for items left after check out.

We collect a security (damage) deposit 7 days before checkin. Once this is received you will receive you check in information.
