Pinetree Chalet is available for long term bookings.

Finished in woods, massive beams, slate & granite, copper & wrought iron, lodge quilts. Many rooms are cedar-lined with vaulted ceilings. The large living room has plenty of leather plus bench seating.

Roomy craftsman kitchen is well appointed with appliances, double oven, convection / microwave, 3-rack dishwasher, toaster oven, coffee maker, KitchenAid mixer, pots & pans, dishes and more.

There is a large kitchen island that seats 5 people - hang out with the cooks, or use it as a dining space. The adjacent dining table seats 10, and together with the adjacent kitchen island 15 people can eat together in comfort. This area overlooks the sunken living room and provides connected rooms... with a little separation.

At bedtime you'll find 4 bedrooms consisting of:

Tamarack and Monterey - family-sized upper floor bedrooms, each has a capacity of sleeping 5-6 in separate beds... with plenty of room to spare. Each room has an ensuite bathroom.

Douglas Pine and Loblolly bunk rooms on the main floor. Hardwood twin bunks are rated for adults. They share a 3-room bathroom including jetted shower room and sauna.

All beds have memory foam or New Zealand wool toppers and premium sheets for a restful sleep. A towel set will be provided for each person.

You'll be within an easy walk to beautiful Green Lake (boating, skating, x-country ski when frozen) and 4 miles drive to excitement of Whistler Village and skiing. Parking for up to 5 vehicles is free.

Policies and Rules

Please request early check-in or late check-out in advance. You will be given a unique code to access the house during your stay.

All guests and visitors must be registered. No drop-ins.

House Rules

*NOTE that our rates depend on the length of your stay at Pinetree Chalet. A quote will be provided with your inquiry.

Upon reserving we will ask guests to sign our Rental Policies stating:
- you must be 25+ to reserve, with at least one person 25+ staying at the house when occupied.
- No smoking or vaping permitted on the premises - inside OR outside.
- No parties or stags, escorts or strippers, overconsumption of alcohol or drug use.
- NO NOISE between 10pm and 7am in accordance with Whistler bylaws. Abuse of this rule will result in eviction without refund.
- Everyone including children & visitors MUST be registered prior to rental. No drop-ins.
- Standard cleaning on departure will be included in your quote, with guests performing regular cleaning throughout their stay. Excess or additional cleaning can be arranged (chargeable).
- Leave the kitchen and bbq as found and take your garbage to the depot (instructions provided).
- Linens, towels and other items may not be removed from the premises.
- Parking area may not be used for vehicles with sleeping space.
- Any reservation obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of deposit and rental funds, and the party will not be permitted to check in.
- Video Surveillance Cameras monitor the exterior of our home. Footage remains private and may be used for liability reasons and to monitor occupancy and other policies noted here. It in no way infringes upon the expectation of privacy in these public areas. To disable or obscure the cameras is prohibited and may result in eviction without refund.
- Renters are to provide whatever insurance they require prior to occupying the house, and will not hold the owners responsible for accidents or death, cancellation, loss of property or any other liability.

Payment Policy

Half down, and the balance due 8 weeks prior to arrival.

Refundable Damage Deposit

We will ask you to read and sign our Rental Policies before booking.

Cancellation Policy

You will get a full refund for any days that are rebooked.
