SoHo VIBE Nashville is located on the Trinity Corridor of East Nashville, a quickly transitioning street filled new construction Condos, Breweries and great small bars and eateries popping up all the time.
Three things people RAVE about my House:
1. Location to Downtown is unbeatable. Broadway is 10 minutes away! Cheap and Easy UBER to Downtown (no interstates)
2. Great open floor plan with Kitchen and Living room perfect for groups to enjoy drinks, or prepare a meal together.
3. 4 Bedroom Suites!!! You have room for large parties, and showers for everyone!

2 Negatives (so we are transparent and up front on what youre getting into!):
1. There are A LOT of Stairs!!! This house is 3 stories with 2 sets of stairs going up!
2. Parking is very limited to the vehicles that can fit into the Garage (two mid-sized vehicles)

I highly recommend using ride sharing services in Nashville. It is how the locals also get around.
