Hermitage Hideaway is in the Hermitage neighborhood of Nashville and is named for its main landmark, the 1,100-acre plantation where President Andrew Jackson lived from 1804-1845. Costumed guides give tours of his Greek Revival mansion, and visitors can wander the gardens and step inside slave quarters. Fishing and canoeing draw locals to Long Hunter State Park, which also features 20 miles of hiking trails. Pizzerias and fast-food spots line Lebanon Pike.

Three things people RAVE about my House:
1. Location to Downtown is Great! Broadway is 15 minutes away! Airport is 5 mins! Lake is 5 mins!
2. Great open floor plan with Kitchen and Living room perfect for groups to enjoy drinks, or prepare a meal together.
3. Perfect Spot to enjoy the Outdoor Side of Life near Percy Priest Lake, Hermitage Park, Nashville Shores and more!

2 Negatives (so we are transparent and up front on what you`re getting into!):
1. There are A LOT of Stairs!!! This house is 3 stories with 2 sets of stairs going up!
2. Parking is very limited to the vehicles that can fit into the Garage (two mid-sized vehicles)

I highly recommend using ride sharing services in Nashville. It is how the locals also get around.
