With around 2500 SF it offers 3 bedrooms and 2 baths with a large flex area that has a queen sized futon and can be used as a 4th bedroom. You will have the whole home to yourself. We serve insurance companies and their clients whose homes are undergoing repairs, people who are relocating, folks who are here to work for a month or more, etc.

My favorite part of this home is the fabulous, private deck which spans the width of the house. My husband bult it for me when we lived there. The yard is quiet and backs to a wooded area. Youll feel welcomed by friendly neighbors and youll be one mile from Percy Priest Lake where you can rent a boat or watch live music on the water at Shipwreck Cove restaurant.

Grocery shopping and restaurants are within 2 miles as is I-40 (in 2 directions). T
The primary bedroom has a TV on a rotating mount so you can watch from bed or while youre on the treadmill in the sitting room. The huge bonus room is also a living space and offers a large work desk for your use.
