Hi, I'm Aly, owner of Agora Realty in Nashville, TN. I own this home and lived in it for 16 years. This is a 30 day minimum furnished rental including all utilities/WiFi, Smart TVs, Kitchen cookware, dinnerware, etc.

With around 2500 SF it offers 3 bedrooms and 2 baths with a large flex area that has a queen sized futon and can be used as a 4th bedroom. You will have the whole home to yourself. We serve insurance companies and their clients whose homes are undergoing repairs, people who are relocating, folks who are here to work for a month or more, etc.

My favorite part of this home is the fabulous, private deck which spans the width of the house. My husband bult it for me when we lived there. The yard is quiet and backs to a wooded area. You'll feel welcomed by friendly neighbors and you'll be one mile from Percy Priest Lake where you can rent a boat or watch live music on the water at Shipwreck Cove restaurant.

Grocery shopping and restaurants are within 2 miles as is I-40 (in 2 directions). T
The primary bedroom has a TV on a rotating mount so you can watch from bed or while you're on the treadmill in the sitting room. The huge bonus room is also a living space and offers a large work desk for your use.

We are everyone-friendly. Please let us know what you need ahead of time. The home is not child-proofed but we have outlet covers available in the kitchen drawer. Due to previous experience, we have to ask that you keep tabs on your children and clean up after them.

Two vehicles can be in the driveway. For special circumstances, at the guests' request, we can allow one vehicle in the garage as long as we can access the storage area.

We love the lake, boating and our Boxers (they love the lake, too)! You are welcome to come to our place and use our pair of 12' kayaks which you can put in Percy Priest Lake across the street from our home.

There are city buses, Uber, Lyft and taxis available is you don't have a car. This is the suburbs about 12 to 15 min to downtown Nashville depending on time of day by car.

Sorry no, thanks to previous guests. ESAs require a letter by your physician or therapist in your hometown. By law, you must never leave an ESA in a property alone. If you do, you will be asked to remove the animal or leave. SERVICE animals are trained for a specific skill and are always welcome with evidence. We are reasonable (and very friendly) if you talk to us. Thanks for understanding that our home been disrespected in the past.

Payment Policy

We accept Zelle or checks. Security deposit will be held in an escrow account and returned after move-out.

Refundable Damage Deposit

Damage to furniture, walls, deck, etc, excessive filth, no pets and will charge immediate $500 fee if you sneak one in.

Cancellation Policy

Full refund 30 days in advance, 50% refund 14 days prior to check-in, within 7 days prior, no refund.

Notes

We have to address the following due to past experiences:

We expect our guests to treat our home as if it were their own or any property they live in by cleaning up spills and accidents immediately and cleaning up after themselves in the kitchen and bathrooms. If you are staying for longer than two months, we will provide an additional cleaning of the home. Our cleaners are licensed, vetted and we trust them to clean our personal home. Cleaners will make up beds but do not do laundry, touch or move your personal belongings. We will provide you with at LEAST 24 hours notice so you have time to put your belongings up off the floor to allow floor cleaning.

NO SMOKING is allowed anywhere on the property. I am highly allergic to smoke and to picking up cigarette butts. No more than 8 people in the house, no drugs or drug paraphernalia. No pets. We are sorry because we are pet parents. Its unfortunate that others allowed their pet to damage our home. We would consider special circumstances with a nonrefundable additional deposit.
