Farm House Gem on 3 acres only 15 minutes to Downtown Nashville and all the Fun. Opry Mills Mall for great shopping is only about 10 minutes away and 5 minutes to Nashville International Airport. This home is self sufficient with everything you need to feel at home. 24/7 access, washer and dryer and a huge driveway with plenty of parking for a trailer or boat. This is a duplex with upstairs apt. The master bedroom has a queen bed and full tub shower combination master bath. The 2nd bedroom has a full bed. There is a large spacious living room for relaxing after a fun day on the town. A nice comfortable recliner and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. A queen blow up mattress available upon request.
Also, there is a pack-n-play and highchair available upon request for little ones.

Check In: 4PM - Flexible

You will receive check in information 2 days before arrival. When you arrive enter through the front door and you will see a keypad. The code will be the last 4 digits of the phone number of the guest that booked the stay. The Wi-Fi log in will be on the chalkboard.

House Rules

Maximum of 8 guest. Booking guest must be 25 years old . No smoking inside home or enclosed porch only outside. $50 min fine if smoking in house. Maximum of 2 pets allowed, breed restrictions and must be pre-approved by owner. $100 pet fee per pet. No pets on furniture, must go outside to restroom, cleanup after your pet, No Pee Pads. Owner approve breed$100 min deducted from dep if rules are broke. Additional $75 early check-in or late check-out fee. The house does have 24/7 video and recording surveillance on the exterior of the property.
