Welcome to our East Nashville Hideaway, a charming retreat within the ComeVisitNashville home collection! This 1-bedroom guest house, situated above our detached garage, offers a comfortable and inviting escape, complete with a full kitchen, two private balconies, and a cozy backyard.
The East Nashville Hideaway is an ideal choice for couples or small groups of up to four people. It offers a cozy and inviting atmosphere, with a spacious bedroom featuring a king bed and a private balcony with comfortable seating. If you need extra sleeping space, the living room couch can be transformed into a surprisingly comfortable queen sofa bed.
Each sleeping area is equipped with a white noise machine to ensure a peaceful night’s sleep. The bathroom has a convenient stall shower, stocked with essential toiletries, a hair dryer, iron/ironing board, and a full-length mirror. A washer and dryer are available for your laundry needs. Both the living room and bedroom have flat-screen TVs with YouTubeTV for live channels and access to your favorite streaming services (log in with your own accounts).
If you enjoy cooking, our well-appointed kitchen is ready for your culinary creations. It’s equipped with a refrigerator, stove/oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, wine fridge, and a Keurig coffee maker (starter supplies of coffee, sugar, and creamer are included). Everything you need to cook, serve, and enjoy delicious meals together is at your fingertips.
Step outside onto one of the two balconies, each furnished with tables and chairs. One balcony is off the bedroom, and the other is off the living room. If you prefer the outdoors, the backyard offers additional seating options, including a cozy hammock.
For indoor entertainment, we’ve got board games, perfect for a cozy night in. And if you’re in town for work or need to catch up on emails, rest assured, we provide high-speed WiFi.

Weve got a set of house rules to ensure everyone has a fantastic stay. Failure to follow these might lead to additional charges or, in the worst-case scenario, termination of the reservation without a refund.
📝 Booking Agreement: Please sign the digital rental agreement within 48 hours of booking (or ASAP if you’re arriving in the next 5 days). Failure to do so may lead to cancellation based on the agreed-upon cancel policy. We want to make sure everything’s set for your stay!
🏡 Treat It Like Family: Be a thoughtful guest — imagine its your favorite aunt and uncles place. Clean up after yourself and leave things as you found them.
🚫 No Shenanigans: Keep it cool — no drugs, illegal activities, unaccounted-for guests, or parties. Breaking this rule could result in your reservation being terminated without a refund. Let’s not part ways on bad terms.
🚭 No Smoking: If you need to puff, do it in the backyard. No smoking or vaping indoors or on the balconies.
🏘️ Neighborly Vibes: Respect our neighborhood. Keep noise down after dark, and save the party vibes for Broadway. Nashvilles quiet hours are 11 pm to 7 am.
🐾 Furry Friends Welcome: Bring up to 2 potty-trained, well-behaved dogs for $25 each per night. Let us know in advance; the fee will be added to your reservation. (On Airbnb it’s collected via their Resolution Center after booking.) Keep your pups leashed outside the home and clean up after them. All furniture must remain pet-free unless you cover it with sheets you bring with you. Our space is for dogs and humans only — no other creatures allowed.

Extra guests (up to our max) are charged at $20 each per night. Final headcount must be confirmed and paid no later than 24 hours prior to arrival. Our max occupancy is firm at 4 guests, and only those listed on the reservation are permitted on the property. No additional visitors for any length of time. Middle TN residents, reach out for approval before making a reservation. Instant bookings by locals are subject to cancellation. Families and children are always welcome, but the home is not child-proofed.
🎉 Festive Decor: Planning to hang decorations? Wall-saver tape is required and all decor must be removed prior to check-out. Any damage to walls, ceilings, or paint will be charged to the guest.
📷 Camera Awareness: Safety and privacy matter! The main house at the front of the property has two actively recording security cameras: one at the front door/porch and one facing the garage/driveway. There are no cameras or recording devices inside.
🛠️ Keep Us in the Loop: Accidents happen. Inform us about any breakages or damage so we can address them promptly. We appreciate your honesty.
🧰 Appliances and Repairs: Well tackle household equipment issues as quickly as possible. If we cant restore an appliance or other equipment to habitable standards (as determined by us), well do our best to relocate guests or, if not possible, refund the remainder of the stay. In the rare event this happens, we are not financially responsible for new accommodations.
💼 Liability Matters: Were not responsible for accidents, injuries, illnesses, or the loss of valuables on the premises. Guests assume the risk of any harm arising from their use of the property and take on all liability and expenses to repair or replace things they break.

The rental agreement must be signed within 48 hours (or immediately upon receipt if your arrival is within 5 days) or your reservation is subject to cancellation in accordance with the agreed-upon cancellation policy.
+ Be a kind and considerate human, and treat the place as if it were your favorite aunt and uncle's. Remember that the home belongs to real people. At the conclusion of your stay, follow check-out procedures (they're easy peasy) and return the home in the same condition in which you found it.
+ Drugs, illegal activity, and parties are strictly prohibited. Violations will result in immediate termination of the reservation without refund.
+ Smoking is only permitted in the backyard and cigarette butts must be disposed of properly. No smoking of any kind in the apartment or on the verandas—including e-cigarettes and vape pens. (No ifs, ands, or butts about it.)
+ Remember you're staying in a residential neighborhood, sharing our personal home. We care about our neighbors and our community, so please be sensitive and respectful with your volume levels. While we absolutely want you to have a great time while you're here, please keep the partying on Broadway and not in our home or neighborhood. Nashville city quiet hours are from 11pm to 7am daily. Noise violations and/or complaints will result in termination of the reservation without refund.
+ We welcome potty-trained, well-behaved dogs, up to 2 dogs per stay, for a fee of $25 per night per dog. Please let us know ahead of time if you plan to bring pets and the fee will be added to your reservation. Your fur babies must be housebroken, non-aggressive, and not display repeated, unprovoked barking. (Indoor piddle pads are not allowed.) They must be on a leash at all times outside the home. Please walk your dog on the grass outside the home for bathroom needs and clean up all waste immediately, disposing in the outdoor trash receptacle. Pets are not allowed on the furniture unless you keep furniture covered at all times with sheets/coverings you bring with you. We are unable to accommodate cats, birds, reptiles, rodents, or any other creatures: humans and dogs only. If you have a unique circumstance, please discuss with us first.
+ The primary guest booking the reservation assumes responsibility for all guests in their group as well as the home & its contents. Only wall-saver tape is permitted for hanging any decorations, and all decor must be removed and disposed of at check-out. Per local regulations, no signage or decorations may be visible from the exterior of the home. Any damage to walls, ceilings, paint, etc. will be charged to the guest.
+ Local laws require that the primary guest booking the reservation be at least 21 years of age and stay for the entirety of the reservation. Only those guests specifically accounted for in the reservation are permitted on the property. No additional guests are allowed for any length of time. Attempts made to bring undisclosed guests/visitors onto the property will result in immediate termination of the reservation without refund. We reserve the right to take up to 24 hours to tend to non-emergency issues. Remember that this is an independently-owned home and we are therefore at the mercy of subcontractors' availability for service and repairs. If we are unable to get an appliance or other equipment up to habitable standards (as determined by us), we will do all we can to relocate guests to an adequate property, or, if we are unable to do so, refund the remaining cost of the stay so they can seek alternate accommodations. In the rare instance this occurs, note that we cannot be held financially responsible for new accommodations.
+ We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illness that may occur while on the premises, or for the loss of personal belongings or valuables. By making a reservation, it is agreed that all guests expressly assume the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises.
