Located on Olympic Blvd., on the border of West Hollywood and Beverly Hills, this classic 4br/3ba, one-story home sits in the geographic and cultural heart of Los Angeles, convenient to everything, with cosmopolitan hot spots in every direction. The home is surrounded and buffered by enchanting ivy-covered walls and tall gardenia hedges for full privacy.
Highlights:
- There’s a raised spa with a spillover/waterfall feature. So relaxing to hear the crystal blue water gurgling and splashing!
- There are several distinct seating areas around the pool.
- Fast wifi and smart TVs with Netflix included
- Separate work space so you can work from home.
Main House:
The main house has 3 spacious bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The bedrooms all have queen beds, the main house can sleep 8 to 10 guests. The main house has a dazzling gourmet kitchen, formal dining room, living room, office nook, and small laundry area.
Kitchen:
This fully-equipped chef’s kitchen has a kitchen island with built-in wine rack, and appliances such as double convection oven and gas range with professional-grade griddle, stainless steel French door refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave.
Other kitchen accessories include; toaster oven, gourmet knife block, coffee station, blender, etc.
There’s a granite top breakfast bar with seating for two as well as kitchen breakfast table with seating for four. Sip your morning cappuccino or smoothie while gazing out at the sparkling turquoise pool and tropical flowers.
There’s a small laundry area with a stackable washer and dryer just off the kitchen.
Office:
There is a small office nook with an incredible vintage Edwardian-Style walnut roll top desk. The desk may be vintage, but the technology is not. Enjoy super fast Wi-Fi to work remotely or stream your favorite shows and movies.
Detached Pool House:
The pool house has one bedroom, one full bathroom. There are two beds in the pool house; two queen beds. (An extra floor mattress can be added, upon request.)
Pool Heating: If youd like to enjoy a warm swim or soak, we offer pool heating for an additional $100 per night. If youd like us to heat the pool before your arrival, just let us know and well send someone on our team to do so in the morning. Please note, the pool can take anywhere from 5-10+ hours to heat up, depending on the outside temperature.
Check-in and checkout times: Were happy to offer early check-in or late checkout if we can, but it depends on availability. There is an extra fee of $50 per hour.
Pets are welcome! But theres a $250 fee per pet, and we need to approve it first, so just message us the details.
24/7 Availability: Myself or my assistant is always available to assist you, 24/7. If you have any questions, just let us know! Were here to make sure you have an enjoyable stay.

This property is located on Olympic Boulevard, a major urban, commercial, arterial 4-lane road that stretches from Santa Monica to downtown Los Angeles and runs through Beverly Hills. The neighborhood is referred to as “West Mid City” by locals.
This area is a city-dweller’s paradise. Stroll to world class restaurants, bars, cafes, parks, museums, music venues, grocery stores, and sophisticated shopping.
-Right by the middle of West Hollywood and Beverly Hills.
-5 minutes from the famous Grove
-10-15 minutes from Hollywood
-8 minutes to famous Rodeo Drive
-15-20 minutes to Santa Monica beaches
-5 minute walk to Beverly Hills Tennis center
-45 minutes to Disneyland

Please keep in mind: our pool is surrounded by beautiful nature, which can sometimes lead to leaves and twigs ending up in the water. On windy days, there may be more leaves than usual, but we do have a twice a week pool cleaning service to keep it in tip-top shape. We do keep a pool net there just in case you need to use it.
We also have a weekly gardener service to maintain the beautiful nature in the surroundings in its best shape.
Pool service is every Tuesday and Friday morning.
Garden service takes place every Wednesday morning.
Smoking is not allowed anywhere inside or outside the house, including the backyard and pool area. We appreciate your cooperation in keeping our property smoke-free. This is also a fire hazard zone so no fire anywhere outside please.
